Wenn man sich mal intensiv mit seiner Apple Watch befasst, wird einem klar, dass es nicht mehr lange dauern wird, bis man mit ihr zum Mars fliegen kann. Soooo viele Funktionen.

Im Internet werden ebenso viele Apple Watch Armbänder angeboten, wie die Uhr Funktionen hat, allerdings sind die meisten eher modern. Für die Winter-Tonja kein Thema, aber die Sommer-Tonja findet das nicht so toll. Ich hätte schon gerne ein Apple Watch Armband, das zu meinen Kleidern passt und sich mit meinen bunten Sommerarmbändern kombinieren lässt. Doch die meisten bunten Hippie- oder Boho-Armbänder, die für die Apple Watches angeboten werden, gefallen mir nicht, sehen billig oder nicht sonderlich vertrauenswürdig aus.

Vor kurzem habe ich endlich ein süßes Boho Apple Watch Armband (Affiliate Link) gefunden, das zu mir passt. Ich habe es jetzt schon mehrfach getragen, und: Es hält die Uhr wirklich gut, lockert sich nicht und passt natürlich ganz ausgezeichnet zu meinem Schmuck. Ich liebs und kann es wirklich empfehlen.

PS: Obwohl es aus Großbritannien geliefert wurde, musste ich für ein Armband keinen Zoll bezahlen. Nur dass ihr das bedenkt, falls ihr mehrere bestellen wollt, es könnten Zollgebühren anfallen.

If you take a close look at your Apple Watch, you realize that it won’t be long before you can fly to Mars with it. Soooo many functions.

There are as many wristbands on the Internet as the watch has functions, but most of them are rather modern. Not an issue for the winter Tonja, but the summer Tonja doesn’t think it’s so great. I would like to have an Apple Watch strap that matches my clothes and can be combined with my colorful summer bracelets. But most of the colorful hippie or boho bracelets that are offered for the Apple Watches don’t appeal to me, look cheap or not particularly trustworthy.

Recently, I finally found a cute Boho Apple bracelet (affiliate link) that suits me. I’ve worn it several times now, and: It holds the watch really well, doesn’t loosen and of course matches my jewelry perfectly. I love it and can really recommend it.

Ja, der Zahn der Zeit nagt unerbittlich, nicht nur an meinen Möbeln. Er macht unter anderem auch vor meinen Augen nicht halt. Mittlerweile reicht meine Armlänge in einer schummerigen Umgebung nicht mehr aus, um kleingeschriebene Texte wie Speisekarten zu entziffern, und ich kann mein Gegenüber ja auch schlecht bitten, mir meine Speisekarte zu halten. Außerdem bin ich nicht eitel genug, um auf irgendetwas zu tippen und dies dann zu bestellen. Nicht auszudenken, was mir in dem Fall serviert wird. Möglicherweise bekomme ich dann „La Tête de Veau“, was dann Kalbskopf wäre. Grusel, nein, so eitel bin ich nicht. Ich trage von jetzt an eine Lesebrille mit mir herum.

Nun ist es ja so, dass so ein Brillenetui ziemlich viel Platz in einer Handtasche beansprucht. Platz, der in einer Clutch oder hübschen Handtasche zum Ausgehen definitiv nicht vorhanden ist. Aber wie das heutzutage so ist: Dieses Problem hatten schon tausende Menschen vor mir und so gibt es auch eine Lösung dafür: In diesem Fall heißt die Lösung „Nooz“. Yes, Father Time is relentless, not just with my furniture. It also takes a toll on my eyes. Freunde von mir sagen oft: Tonja, im Winter siehst Du vollkommen anders aus als im Sommer, und da kann ich ihnen nur zustimmen.

Während Sommer-Tonja ziemlich bunt und hippielastig unterwegs ist, so ist Winter-Tonja eher sportlich und fast schon düster unterwegs. Mein Sommer-Ich ist immer für hübschen Krimskrams zu haben: Ein bis zehn Armbändchen hier, ein Fußkettchen da, ein paar Fransen an der Tasche und eine Feder im Haar kann auch nie schaden. Wohingegen mein Winter-Ich schwarz liebt, bequeme sportliche Leggings zu schätzen weiß und an flauschigen Kleidungsstücken schlecht vorbeigehen kann.

Auf den Fotos seht ihr Winter-Tonja, wie sie leibt und lebt. Besonders erwähnen muss ich hier die Jacke von „Stronger Label“, denn die ist nämlich der absolute Kuschelhammer. Wenn man sie einmal angezogen hat, gibt man sie nicht wieder her, und da sie ein Oversize-Teilchen ist, kann man auch einen Pullover darunter tragen, ohne dass der Arm eingequetscht wird. 
Generell habe ich aktuell eine echte Schwäche für die Stronger Sportswear, ich trage beispielsweise die Leggings sowohl zum Sport als auch in der Freizeit. Die Qualität der Sachen ist super, und ich liebe die Designs.

PS: Ich bin 174 cm groß, mir passt M, aber ich kaufe bei „Stronger“ L, weil die Sachen so noch bequemer sind.

Friends of mine often say: Tonja, you look completely different in winter than in summer, and I can only agree with them.

While summer Tonja is quite colorful and hippie-heavy, winter Tonja is more sporty and almost gloomy.
My summer me is always up for pretty bits and bobs: One to ten bracelets here, an anklet there, a few fringes on her bag and a feather in her hair never hurts. Whereas my winter me loves black, appreciates comfy sporty leggings and can’t go past fluffy items of clothing.

On the photos you can see Winter-Tonja as she lives and breathes. I have to mention the Stronger jacket in particular, because it is the absolute cuddle hammer. Once you’ve put it on, you won’t want to give it back, and as it’s an oversized piece, you can also wear a sweater underneath without your arm being squeezed.
In general, I currently have a real weakness for „Stronger Label“ sportswear; for example, I wear the leggings both for sports and in my free time. The quality of the clothes is great and I love the designs.

PS: I’m 174 cm tall, my size is M, but I buy L from „Stronger Label“ because the clothes are even more comfortable that way.

Ich bin wirklich lange um dieses Häkel-Kleid (Affiliate Link) herumgeschlichen. Nicht weil ich mir nicht sicher war, ob es in natura so schön ist wie auf den Fotos, sondern weil ich mir nicht sicher war, ob man so ein Kleid mit 50 noch tragen sollte. Als im Etsy Shop nur noch drei verfügbare Kleider angezeigt wurden, habe ich es gewagt und dieses traumhaft schöne Häkelkleid bestellt. Ich bin übrigens zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass ich es auch mit 50 noch sehr wohl am Strand tragen kann. Das Kleid ist super weich und trägt sich unglaublich angenehm.

Allerdings muss ich zugeben, dass ich am Rücken je einen kleinen Abnäher eingearbeitet habe. Das habe ich von Hand gemacht und es hat genau zehn Minuten gedauert. Und „ich“ heißt in diesem Fall auch eigentlich meine Mutter und ich, aber ich kann mir nicht am Rücken rum nähen, wenn ich das Kleid anhabe. Meine Mutter ist in Sachen Nähen sowieso immer mein Partner in Crime. Sie hat mir das Nähen überhaupt erst beigebracht. Wir haben früher quasi alles selbst genäht, weil es im Osten ja keine schönen Sachen zu kaufen gab. Ich erinnere mich an wirklich süße Sachen, die wir genäht haben und auch an echt grauenvolle Missgeschicke. OMG. Da gab es dieses Kleid zu meiner Jugendweihe 🙈. Ich falle heute noch vor Lachen vom Stuhl, wenn ich Fotos von diesem gruseligen Kleid sehe. Sorry, Mom, Du hast Dich damals durchgesetzt, aber dieses Kleid … 🤣🙈🤷‍♀️
Aber zurück zu dem Häkelkleid. Es ist einfach wunderschön und ich liebe es.

I really lurked around this crochet dress (affiliate link) for a long time. Not because I wasn’t sure if it was as beautiful in person as in the photos, but because I wasn’t sure if you should still wear such a dress at 50. When the Etsy store showed only three available dresses, I took a chance and ordered this gorgeous crochet dress. By the way, I came to the conclusion that I can still very well wear it on the beach at 50. The dress is super soft and wears incredibly comfortable.

However, I have to admit that I put a little dart in the back of each. I did that by hand and it took me exactly ten minutes. And „I“ in this case also actually means my mom and I, but I can’t sew on my back when I have the dress on. My mom is always my partner in crime when it comes to sewing anyway. She taught me how to sew in the first place. We used to sew almost everything ourselves, because there were no nice things to buy in the East. I remember really cute things we sewed and also really horrible mishaps. OMG. There was this dress for my youth dedication 🙈. I still fall out of my chair laughing when I see photos of that creepy dress. Sorry, Mom, you got your way back then, but that dress …. 🤣🙈🤷‍♀️
But back to the crochet dress. It’s just beautiful and I love it.

Ich weiß, Unterwäsche sollte aus Baumwolle sein, am besten aus Bio-Baumwolle, ökologisch und fair. Und da kommen wir auch schon zu dem „sauerländischen“ Ausdruck für Unterhöschen: Unterbuchse oder auch Pümper. Denn ja, so sieht es in der Bio- und Fair-Abteilung für Damenunterwäsche meist aus. Sportliche Unterwäsche ist kein Problem, aber manchmal ist sportlich einfach nicht angesagt. Und glaubt mir dieser ganze Shapewear Mist … Ich halte nichts davon. Für Stars auf dem roten Teppich oder Fotoshootings – ok. Aber als DRUNTER für einen besonderen Anlass? Stell dir vor: Du trägst das schönste Kleid auf Erden und nachdem ein Typ oder dein Mann dich aus dem Kleid geschält hat,… bekommt er vermutlich den Schock seines Lebens 😂🙈. Die Sexyness von Shapewear ist unbestritten einfach nicht vorhanden.

Die Französin weiß mal wieder, wie es tatsächlich geht: Lingerie heißt das Zauberwort, denn manchmal muss es eben so etwas wie Spitze sein.
Ich habe da die Tage bei H&M ein paar niedliche Teile entdeckt.

PS: Da wir gerade Sommer haben und weiße Spitze auf gebräunter Haut noch mit einem dezenten Goldglimmer getoppt werden kann, habe ich euch auch mein Nuxe „Huile Prodigieuse Or“ dazu verlinkt. I know, underwear should be made of cotton, preferably organic, ecological and fair. And that brings us to the „Sauerland“ expression for underpants: Unterbuchse or also Pümper. Because yes, that’s how it usually looks in the organic and fair department for women’s underwear. Sporty underwear is no problem, but sometimes sporty is just not in. And believe me all this shapewear crap … I don’t think much of it. For stars on the red carpet or photo shoots – ok. But as DRUNTER for a special occasion? Imagine: You’re wearing the most beautiful dress on earth and after a guy or your husband peels you out of it… he probably gets the shock of his life 😂🙈. The sexyness of shapewear is indisputably just not there.

The French woman knows once again how it really works: Lingerie is the magic word, because sometimes it has to be something like lace.
I have discovered there the days at H&M a few cute parts.

Erinnert ihr euch noch an den Hype mit diesen süßen Metallic Flash Tattoo? Mir sind meine Überbleibsel dieses Hypes letztens wieder in die Hände gefallen und ich dachte, dass man sich durchaus mal wieder so ein süßes Flash-Tattoo aufkleben könnte.
Nun mögen mich die tätowierten Ärmelinhaber belächeln, aber es geht mir schließlich nicht darum, tätowiert zu sein. Mir gefällt einfach das Geglitzer.

So ein Metallic-Tattoo ist wie Schmuck, man kann es einfach ablegen, wechseln und passend zum Kleidchen tragen. Außerdem kann man es mit seinem Schmuck kombinieren. Und ihr müsst zugeben, dass dieses Glitzerzeugs auf gebräunter Haut mehr als nur nett aussieht.

Als wir gestern an einem Beachclub zum Dinner waren, haben mehrere Mädels mein glitzerndes „Abziehbildchen“ bewundert und liebevoll gestreichelt. Ich würde mal sagen, noch immer absolut salonfähig.

Now the tattooed sleeve owners may smile at me, but I’m not about being tattooed after all. I just like the glitter.

Such a metallic tattoo is like jewelry, you can easily take it off, change it and wear it to match your dress. Plus, you can match it with your jewelry. And you have to admit that this glitter stuff looks more than nice on tanned skin.

When we were at a beach club for dinner yesterday, several girls admired and lovingly caressed my glittery „decal“. I would say still absolutely presentable.

Letztes Jahr schrieb ich über meinen kleinen Sommer-Liebling, das Armband „Maui“ von Alexfeinwerk. Jetzt sind seine 2 Geschwister bei mir eingezogen: Auch die Geschwisterchen, haben ein süßes, buntes Bändchen, einen kleinen Muschelanhänger und einen Anhänger aus Süßwasserperle mit Amazonit.
Ratet, was ich den ganzen Sommer nicht tun werde. Jep, sie abnehmen. Nun dürfen sie mit mir an den Strand, im Meer schwimmen und meine Lieblingskosmetikprodukte benutzen, wie zuvor schon das Schwesterchen. Aber sie müssen auch Geschirrspülen, Fensterputzen und wischen. Ich befürchte, das wird ihre Lebenszeit ein wenig verkürzen, aber generell halten die kleinen „Schmuckstücke“ von Alexfeinwerk ja ziemlich viel aus.

Last year I wrote about my little summer favorite, the „Maui“ bracelet from Alexfeinwerk. (You can it here) I only took it off once and packed it away very well so I wouldn’t lose it. Well, packed it away so well that I never found it again. I sort of hid it from myself. Despite several searches, my little darling has not reappeared.

Now his 2 siblings have moved in with me: The siblings too, have a cute colorful ribbon, a small shell pendant and a freshwater pearl pendant with amazonite.
Guess what I won’t be doing all summer? Yep, take them off. Now they get to go to the beach with me, swim in the ocean, and use my favorite beauty products, just like sis did before. But they also have to wash dishes, wash windows and mop. I’m afraid that will shorten their life a little, but generally the little „jewels“ of Alexfeinwerk hold quite a lot.

Ja, ich liebe Leggings, sie sind bequem und anpassungsfähig, was beispielsweise nach Weihnachten außerordentlich praktisch ist. Außerdem kneifen sie nicht in frisch angeschaffte Speckröllchen und einen Knopf muss man auch nicht öffnen, wenn man im Restaurant doch noch ein Tiramisu verdrückt hat.
Dabei hat die olle ausgeleierte Baumwollleggings längst ausgedient und mir persönlich haben es auch eher die stylischen Leggings hipper Fitnesslabels angetan.

Ob sich die Hersteller dieser chicken Fitnessklamotten das so vorgestellt haben? Frau Besler, 50 Jahre, bewegungsunfähig, weil vollgestopft mit Cheescake und selig, dass ihre Hose nicht platzen kann, sondern sich sehr nachgiebig zeigt.
Vermutlich nicht, denn fotografiert werden die Klamotten meist in Fitnessstudios mit überirdisch durchtrainierten Menschen, die meinen Cheescake höchstenfalls heimlich anschmachten, weil kein Gluten, kein Zucker, kein Getreide … (dafür aber von ihrem letzten Proteinshake noch pup …)

Um die Hersteller zu beruhigen, manchmal trage ich die Leggings auch zum Sport.
Mein aktuelles Lieblingsbrand für diese äußerst praktische Bekleidung heißt Stronger Label. Ich liebe die Muster, die Farben und die Qualität. Ich trage die Leggings tatsächlich oft in meiner Freizeit und kombiniere sie mit Longshirts.

PS: Mir passt M (auch laut der Größentabelle), aber ich trage lieber L, weil insbesondere die Hosen mit den ganz breiten Gummis so noch etwas bequemer sind. (nachgiebiger sozusagen)

Yes, I love leggings, they are comfortable and adaptable, which is extraordinarily practical after Christmas, for example. In addition, they do not pinch freshly acquired fat rolls and you do not have to open a button, if you have eaten a tiramisu in the restaurant.
The old, worn-out cotton leggings have long since become obsolete, and personally I’m rather taken with the stylish leggings of hip fitness labels.

I wonder if this is what the manufacturers of these stylish fitness clothes had in mind. Ms. Besler, 50 years old, unable to move because stuffed with Cheescake and blissful that her pants can’t burst but are very pliable.
Probably not, because the clothes are photographed mostly in gyms with unearthly trained people, who at best secretly drool over my Cheescake, because no gluten, no sugar, no cereal … (but from their last protein shake still pup …)

To reassure the manufacturers, sometimes I wear the leggings for sports too.
My current favorite brand for this extremely practical clothing is called Stronger Label. I love the patterns, the colors and the quality. I actually wear the leggings often in my free time and combine them with longshirts.

PS: M fits me also according to the size chart, but I prefer to wear L, because especially the pants with the very wide elastics are so a bit more comfortable. (more pliable, so to speak)

Irgendwo auf der Welt ist immer Sommer und deshalb traue ich mich auch getrost Bilder von Strandkleidern zu posten.

Diese wunderschönen Kleider gehörten in diesem Sommer aktuell zu meinen Lieblingskleidern. Sie sind so luftig, das Material ist anschmiegsam und kuschelweich. Außerdem gibt es sie in den schönsten Farben 🤩.
Und wer sich nun denkt: Braucht man vier Kleider davon? Natürlich nicht. Sie gehören mir auch nicht alle. Eine Freundin hat sich infiziert und so bekam ich die Gelegenheit, euch gleich noch ein paar mehr Farben zu zeigen.

Und ihr dürft raten: Das Blaue gehört mir und wäre es nicht meins, ich hätte für nichts garantiert 😂🙈.

Somewhere in the world is always summer and therefore I dare confidently post pictures of beach dresses.

These beautiful dresses were currently one of my favorites this summer. They are so airy, the material is cuddly and soft. In addition, they come in the most beautiful colors🤩.
And who is now thinking: do you need four dresses of them? Of course not. They are also not all mine. A friend has infected and so I got the opportunity to show you immediately a few more colors.
