Wir wollten im Urlaub ein bisschen die Gegend rund um unser Hotel erkunden. Da das Hotel ziemlich ländlich gelegen war, ging es auf den Wegen drumherum auch mal über Stock und Stein. Im Sommerkleid eher nicht so zu empfehlen. 😂🙈 Sportbekleidung war deshalb natürlich die logische Konsequenz.
Wie gut, dass ich meine neue Stronger Dark Toile Print Leggings (Affiliate Link) dabei hatte 😉. So konnte ich mit Leopard, Giraffe und Palmen ziemlich stylish die Natur erkunden.

Meine neue Stronger Signature One Leggings ist aus der frisch gedroppten Back to Stronger Kollektion und hat einen ziemlich coolen Dark Toile Print. Der Print ist wirklich besonders: Zwischen Palmen und anderen Pflanzen verstecken sich Giraffen und Leoparden – fast wie eine moderne, sportliche Variante eines klassischen Toile-de-Jouy-Musters.

Dazu habe ich ganz schlicht ein weißes One-Shoulder-Top getragen, das ich noch im Koffer gefunden habe. Nicht ganz optimal, aber für einen Walk völlig ausreichend. Und weil es durch die Natur ging, natürlich Turnschuhe.

Ich liebe die Leggings von Stronger. Sie sind unheimlich bequem, sitzen gut, rutschen nicht und die Qualität ist wirklich super. Auch nach längerem Tragen bleiben sie in Form und ich habe mit meinen bisherigen Stronger Leggings sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht.
Auch die Passform finde ich ziemlich zuverlässig. Laut Größentabelle würde mir eigentlich eine kleinere Größe passen, ich trage bei Stronger aber trotzdem immer L, weil ich es einfach etwas bequemer mag. Ich bin 1,74 m groß und trage normalerweise M bis L.

Insbesondere auf Reisen mag ich Leggings besonders gern. Man hat etwas Bequemes zum Spazierengehen dabei und kann sie natürlich auch im Gym tragen, falls es eins gibt. Bequem, praktisch und mit einem Print wie diesem alles andere als langweilig…

in our vacation we wanted to explore the area around our hotel a little. Since the hotel was quite rural, the paths around it also led over rough ground here and there. Not exactly ideal in a summer dress. 😂🙈 Sportswear was therefore the logical consequence.
Luckily, I had my new Stronger Dark Toile Print Leggings (affiliate link) with me 😉. So I was able to explore nature quite stylishly with leopards, giraffes and palm trees.

My new Signature One Leggings are from the freshly dropped Back to Stronger collection and have a pretty cool Dark Toile Print. The print is really special: between palm trees and other plants, giraffes and leopards are hiding – almost like a modern, sporty version of a classic Toile de Jouy pattern.

I kept the rest very simple and wore a white one-shoulder top that I still found in my suitcase. Not quite perfect, but absolutely fine for a walk. And because we were out in nature, sneakers were the obvious choice.

I love the leggings from Stronger. They are incredibly comfortable, fit well, do not slip and the quality is really great. Even after wearing them for a longer time, they keep their shape, and I have had very good experiences with my previous Stronger leggings.
I also find the fit quite reliable. According to the size chart, a smaller size would actually fit me, but I still always wear L in Stronger because I simply prefer them a little more comfortable. I am 1.74 m tall and usually wear M to L.

Especially when travelling, I really like leggings like these. You have something comfortable for going on walks and can of course also wear them to the gym, if there is one. Comfortable, practical and with a print like this, anything but boring…

Ich hatte in meinem anderen Rat & Boa Post ja bereits angedeutet, dass ich in Sachen Leoprint eine ziemlich lange Liste mit Dingen aufzählen könnte, die sich in Animal Print in meinem Haushalt befinden. Also war ja quasi davon auszugehen, dass sich nicht nur ein Leopardenkleid in meinem Kleiderschrank befindet.

Hier also noch ein Rat & Boa Leo Kleid. Allerdings ist dieses Kleid eher für den Sommer oder für Date Nights geeignet. Ja, und auch wenn ich die 50 bereits überschritten habe, hält mich das nicht davon ab, mir gelegentlich ein heißes Teilchen überzuwerfen. Genau dieses Rat & Boa Leo Kleid scheint es aktuell leider nicht mehr zu geben, aber Rat & Boa hat immer wieder ähnliche
Leo-Kleider und weitere Kleider in den schönsten Prints. Natürlich im angesagten Leolook, aber auch mit Zebramuster, wunderschönen Blumenprints, Glitzer und allem, was das Herz begehrt, wenn man ausgefallene Stücke sucht.

Tipp: Die Passform bei Rat & Boa ist normal. Die Kleider sind meist sehr lang, sodass sie auch für große Frauen passen, die gerne hohe High Heels tragen. Ich lasse die Kleider meistens etwas kürzen.

In my other Rat & Boa post, I already mentioned that when it comes to leopard print, I could make quite a long list of things in animal print that can be found in my home. So it was basically to be expected that there would not be just one leopard dress in my wardrobe.

So here is another Rat & Boa leo dress. This dress, however, is more suitable for summer or date nights. And yes, even though I have already passed 50, that does not stop me from occasionally throwing on a hot little number.
This exact Rat & Boa leo dress unfortunately does not seem to be available anymore at the moment, but Rat & Boa regularly has similar leo dresses and other dresses in the most beautiful prints. Of course in the popular leopard look, but also with zebra patterns, beautiful floral prints, glitter and everything your heart could wish for if you are looking for something a little special.

Tip: The fit at Rat & Boa is normal. The dresses are usually very long, so they also work well for tall women who like to wear high heels. I usually have the dresses shortened a little.

Dieses Rat & Boa Leopardenkleid (Affiliate Link) gehört seit einiger Zeit zu meinen absoluten Lieblingskleidern. Animal Print geht bei mir ja immer – in jeder Form. Kleider, Teppiche, Notizbücher, Handtaschen … Ich könnte eine ziemlich lange Liste mit Dingen aufzählen, die sich in Animal Print in meinem Haushalt befinden.
Wobei es natürlich Leo und Leo gibt. Leo Print muss schön sein, damit er edel aussieht. Ich finde, Leopardenmuster kann auch schnell billig wirken. Deswegen bin ich, was Leopardenkleider und Leopardendruck angeht, doch recht wählerisch.
Aber wenn man ein Teil aus einem schönen Leopardendruck findet, dann ist es meistens zeitlos. Dieses Rat & Boa Leopardenkleid zum Beispiel habe ich bestimmt schon zwei Jahre und es ist einfach noch wunderbar. Und es wird auch in sieben Jahren noch wunderbar sein, sofern ich es nicht vorher zu Tode geliebt habe.

Das Kleid heißt Sozzani Dress. Es ist aus einem weichen Material und ziemlich bequem. Wenn man es allerdings als reines Sommerkleid trägt, ist es ziemlich hot 🔥. Und da ich die 50 bereits überschritten habe, überlasse ich diesen Style den jungen Damen 😂🙈.
Ich trage es also ganz brav mit einem Top und Leggings darunter. Das sieht auch ganz cool aus, finde ich. Dazu kombiniere ich gerne meine Schnürstiefel und fertig ist ein schöner Look, der sowohl zum Ausgehen als auch für die Stadt geeignet ist.

Die Passform ist gut. Ich bin 1,74 m groß, normal schlank und nicht zu schlank, trage meistens M und habe das Kleid auch in M. Der Versand war bei mir rasend schnell.

This Rat & Boa leopard dress (affiliate dress) has been one of my absolute favourite dresses for quite some time. Animal print always works for me – in every form. Dresses, rugs, notebooks, handbags … I could make quite a long list of things in animal print that can be found in my home.
Of course, there is leo and there is leo. Leo print has to be beautiful in order to look elegant. I think leopard print can also quickly look cheap. That is why I am quite picky when it comes to leopard dresses and leopard print.
But when you find a piece with a beautiful leopard print, it is usually timeless. This Rat & Boa leopard dress, for example, has been with me for probably two years now and it is still wonderful. And it will still be wonderful in seven years, unless I have loved it to death by then.

The dress is called the Sozzani Dress. It is made from a soft material and is really comfortable. If you wear it as a pure summer dress, however, it is quite hot 🔥. And since I have already passed 50, I leave that style to the young ladies 😂🙈.
So I wear it very properly with a top and leggings underneath. I think that looks pretty cool too. I like wearing it with lace-up boots, and there you have it: a beautiful look that works both for going out and for the city.

The fit is good. I am 1.74 m tall, normally slim but not too slim, usually wear an M and also have this dress in M. Shipping was incredibly fast for me.

Ich habe den Shop schon länger ein wenig im Auge, denn es gibt dort oft wirklich außergewöhnlich schöne Kleider. Dieses Kleid ist allerdings tatsächlich mein erstes Farm Rio Kleid und ich bin von der Qualität wirklich begeistert. Ich würde das Kleid fast als soft bezeichnen. Man zieht es an und möchte es dann eigentlich auch nicht mehr so gerne ausziehen 😂. Das Material fühlt sich unglaublich weich an und ist gleichzeitig hochwertig verarbeitet. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass das Kleid auch kaum knittert. Damit ist es für mich ein perfektes Kofferkleid, also auch sehr gut für Reisen geeignet, weil man es ganz easy im Koffer verstauen kann.

Vor der Bestellung war ich etwas verunsichert. In einigen Bewertungen wurde geschrieben, dass speziell dieses Farm Rio Kleid eher klein ausfallen soll. Ich habe trotzdem meine übliche Größe bestellt und kann diese Einschätzung zumindest bei diesem Modell nicht bestätigen.
Ich bin 1,74 m groß und trage normalerweise Größe M oder L. Da ich Kleider lieber etwas lockerer trage und es hasse, wie eine Wurst in der Pelle auszusehen, habe ich mich für Größe L entschieden. Für mich sitzt das Kleid genau so, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Meiner Erfahrung nach fällt dieses Modell größengerecht aus.

Besonders schön finde ich, wie vielseitig sich das Kleid kombinieren lässt. Im Sommer werde ich es mit Sandalen tragen. Sobald es etwas kühler wird, werde ich es mit Stiefeln tragen. Schon getestet, sieht super aus. Ein Mantel oder Blazer passt sowieso. Das macht dieses Kleid für mich zum perfekten Buddy für fast jede Jahreszeit. Und auch bei den bereits erwähnten Anlässen ist es absolut anpassungsfähig, ein echter Allrounder.
Ich werde es zu Familienfeiern, Geburtstagen und auch zu geselligen Abendessen tragen. Aber auch zu einer Date Night mit dem Schatz, einem Abend in einer Hotelbar, einem Stadtbummel im Urlaub oder einem Gartenfest an etwas kühleren Sommertagen.

Und da ich mittlerweile deutlich seltener Kleidung kaufe, ist es okay, wenn die Stücke hochwertiger sind. Insbesondere dann, wenn sie Potenzial zum Lieblingsstück haben.

My first Farm Rio dress – and definitely not my last.
When I discovered this Farm Rio dress (affiliate link) in the sale, I simply could not resist. The extraordinary pattern, the beautiful colors and the sexy cut 🙈😂 … I simply could not resist. Since there are still a few celebrations coming up this year, there are also enough reasons for a new dress.
Best purchase ever.

I have had my eye on the shop for quite a while, because they often have really exceptionally beautiful dresses there. This dress, however, is actually my first Farm Rio dress and I am truly impressed by the quality. I would almost describe the dress as soft. You put it on and then you do not really want to take it off again 😂. The material feels incredibly soft and at the same time very well made. I am pretty sure the dress hardly wrinkles either. For me, that makes it the perfect suitcase dress, so also very suitable for traveling, because you can easily pack it in your suitcase.

Before ordering, I was a little unsure. In some reviews, people wrote that this particular Farm Rio dress runs rather small. I still ordered my usual size and, at least with this model, I cannot confirm that impression.
I am 1.74 m tall and usually wear size M or L. Since I prefer dresses to fit a little more loosely and hate looking like a sausage in its casing, I chose size L. For me, the dress fits exactly as I had imagined. In my experience, this model runs true to size.

What I especially like is how versatile the dress is. In summer, I will wear it with sandals. As soon as it gets a little cooler, I will wear it with boots. Already tested, looks great. A coat or blazer works anyway. That makes this dress my perfect buddy for almost every season. And when it comes to the occasions I already mentioned, it is absolutely adaptable, a true all-rounder.
I will wear it to family celebrations, birthdays and also to relaxed dinners. But also for a date night with my sweetheart, an evening at a hotel bar, a stroll through town on vacation or a garden party on slightly cooler summer days.

And since I now buy clothes much less often, it is okay if the pieces are a little higher quality. Especially when they have the potential to become a favorite piece.

Auf meinen neuen Crime London Sneakern (Affiliate Link) steht „One Night Only“. Von wegen.
Einmal angezogen und nie wieder hergegeben. Eigentlich müsste da eher „Forever“, „You and me“ oder meinetwegen auch „Stronger together“ draufstehen. Denn wer diese Schuhe einmal anhat, zieht sie garantiert nicht so schnell wieder aus. Dafür sind sie einfach viel zu schön und viel zu bequem. Und erst dieses weiche Leder …

Die Sneaker von Crime London schaue ich mir schon eine ganze Weile an. Als mir dann dieses Modell über den Weg gelaufen ist, war es um mich geschehen. Leo, Zebra, Glitzer, Neon und diese ganzen kleinen Details – schockverliebt. Absolut schockverliebt.

Und was soll ich sagen? Ich habe den Kauf bisher keine Minute bereut. Diese Schuhe dürfen mit mir übrigens überall hin. In die Stadt, in den Supermarkt, auf Partys, in den Urlaub und sogar mit zum Strand. Überall machen sie sich ziemlich gut, werden bewundert, gestreichelt, angefasst – deshalb muss man auch immer ein bisschen auf sie aufpassen 😂🙈.
Und sie machen sich ziemlich gut zu Jeans, zu Leinen, zu Hosen, zu kurzen Röcken, zu Kleidern und, wie man auf den Bildern sieht, sogar zu Strandkleidern. Mein Kleid ist übrigens von Pitusa — über die Marke und besonders über diese Kleider hatte ich hier schon einmal geschrieben. Sie sind einfach perfekte kleine Begleiter.

PS: Zur Passform kann ich sagen: Ich trage normalerweise Größe 39, habe die Crime London Sneaker online in Größe 39 bestellt und sie passen mir perfekt. Für mich fallen sie also ganz normal aus.

My new Crime London sneakers (affiliate link) say “One Night Only”. As if.
Once worn and never given back. Actually, they should say something more like “Forever”, “You and me” or, for all I care, “Stronger together”. Because once you have these shoes on, you certainly will not take them off again very quickly. They are simply far too beautiful and far too comfortable. And that soft leather …

I had been looking at Crime London sneakers for quite a while. When this model crossed my path, it was over. Leopard, zebra, glitter, neon and all those little details – love at first sight. Absolutely love at first sight.

And what can I say? I have not regretted buying them for a single minute. These shoes are allowed to go everywhere with me, by the way. Into town, to the supermarket, to parties, on holiday and even to the beach. They look pretty good everywhere, get admired, stroked and touched – so you do have to watch over them a little 😂🙈.
And they look pretty good with jeans, with linen, with trousers, with short skirts, with dresses and, as you can see in the pictures, even with beach dresses. My dress is from Pitusa, by the way — I had already written about the brand and these special dresses here. They are simply perfect little companions.

PS: About the fit: I usually wear size 39, ordered the Crime London sneakers online in size 39 and they fit me perfectly. For me, they run true to size.

Zum Geburtstag habe ich eine Duftkerze bekommen. Eine Cereria Molla 1899 Duftkerze „Santal & Tonka“. Ehrlich gesagt: Cereria Molla 1899 hatte ich vorher noch nie gehört, aber der Duftkerzenmarkt ist ja auch riesig. Es ist schier unmöglich, jede Marke zu kennen, die Duftkerzen herstellt.
Allen, die sich häufig in Spanien aufhalten, könnte Cereria Molla 1899 allerdings ein Begriff sein. Wie gesagt, ich kannte die Marke nicht und bin ziemlich begeistert von meiner neuen Duftkerze.

Besonders gut gefällt mir das schlichte schwarze Design der Duftkerze. Damit ist sie der perfekte Deko-Buddy für pinteresttaugliche Couchtisch-Dekorationen mit Coffee Table Books. Oder sagen wir: die perfekte Dekokerze für den Couchtisch.
Aber sie ist natürlich nicht nur schön und dekorativ, sondern sie riecht auch ganz wunderbar. Der Duft „Santal & Tonka“ ist ganz zart und pudrig. Und obwohl der Duft so zart ist, riecht der ganze Raum danach, wenn die Kerze brennt. Ich muss gestehen, ich bin ein bisschen verliebt in diesen Duft.
Ich habe gesehen, dass es von „Santal & Tonka“ auch ein Bodyspray gibt, und ich glaube, das werde ich mir ebenfalls noch bestellen.

Wie die Cereria Molla 1899 Duftkerze brennt

Davon einmal abgesehen brennt meine Cereria Molla 1899 Duftkerze auch ganz hervorragend. Ich habe eine Drei-Docht-Kerze geschenkt bekommen, und sie brennt absolut perfekt. Sie bildet keine Löcher, die Dochte ertrinken nicht – alles ist, wie es sein soll.
Auch die Brenndauer ist hervorragend. Die Kerze hat schon viele Stunden ihren Dienst getan, und ich hatte wirklich lange Freude daran. Und ich darf mich auch weiterhin noch auf viele Stunden mit ihr freuen.

Das Einzige, was ich regelmäßig mache: den Docht trimmen. Sprich: mit einer Dochtschere das Schwarze vom Docht abschneiden. Aber das sollte man bei Duftkerzen ja ohnehin regelmäßig machen. Darüber habe ich in meinem Beitrag über die Dochtschere für Kerzen schon einmal berichtet.

I received a scented candle for my birthday. A Cereria Molla 1899 scented candle in “Santal & Tonka”. To be honest, I had never heard of Cereria Molla 1899 before, but the scented candle market is huge. It is almost impossible to know every brand that makes scented candles.
However, for anyone who spends a lot of time in Spain, Cereria Molla 1899 might be a familiar name. As I said, I did not know the brand before, and I am quite thrilled with my new scented candle.

What I particularly like is the simple black design of the scented candle. It makes it the perfect little decor buddy for Pinterest-worthy coffee table decorations with coffee table books. Or, let’s say: the perfect decorative candle for the coffee table.

But of course, it is not only beautiful and decorative, it also smells wonderful. The scent “Santal & Tonka” is very soft and powdery. And even though the scent is so delicate, the whole room smells of it when the candle is burning. I have to admit, I am a little in love with this fragrance.

I have seen that there is also a body spray in the “Santal & Tonka” scent, and I think I might have to order that as well.

How the Cereria Molla 1899 Scented Candle Burns

Apart from that, my Cereria Molla 1899 scented candle also burns beautifully. I was given a three-wick candle, and it burns absolutely perfectly. It does not tunnel, the wicks do not drown – everything is exactly as it should be.
The burn time is also excellent. The candle has already done its job for many hours, and I have enjoyed it for quite a long time. And I can still look forward to many more hours with it.

The only thing I do regularly is trim the wick. In other words: I cut off the black part of the wick with a wick trimmer. But that is something you should do regularly with scented candles anyway. I have already written about this in my post about the wick trimmer for candles.

Der Beitrag CERERIA MOLLA 1899 DUFTKERZE & COFFEE TABLE DEKO erschien zuerst auf Zeitgeist Living.

Irgendwann im letzten Jahr bei Sandra… Ich gebe zu, die Situation kommt euch vielleicht bekannt vor – ich habe sie nämlich schon einmal hier verbloggt: dieses berühmte „Sandraaaaaaa“ mit extra viel A wie in „Duuuuuuuuu“, gefolgt von „Sandra, wollen wir mal das und das kochen?“ und einer frühlingshaften Tischdeko und Dekoria.

Und natürlich hat Sandra wieder gelacht – völlig zurecht – denn auch dieses Mal hat in Wirklichkeit nur eine von uns gekocht: Sandra. Ich habe derweil versucht, möglichst nicht im Weg zu stehen und nichts zu zerdeppern (mein Spezialgebiet: Gläser beim Spülen eliminieren, daran hat sich nichts geändert).

Was ich dagegen wirklich gut kann: den Tisch decken. Also, ich will ja nicht eingebildet sein – wirklich nicht! – aber „Tischdecken“ kann ich wirklich gut. Ich tue jetzt einfach mal so, als hätte das nichts mit meiner ausgewachsenen Dekosucht zu tun. Und ganz ehrlich, bei so wunderschönen Tischdecken und Kissen kann eigentlich nichts schiefgehen – da muss man sich fast schon Mühe geben, dass so eine frühlingshafte Tischdeko nicht hübsch aussieht. All die schönen Sachen sind – wie sollte es anders sein – von Dekoria, und genau deshalb habe ich wieder tausend Fotos gemacht.

Übrigens: Gekocht hat Sandra nach meinem Rezept. Ich habe es natürlich auch schon selbst ausprobiert, aber es sah nicht annähernd so schön aus wie bei ihr. Ha ha! Ein Beweisfoto habe ich euch auch mitgebracht.

Frühlingshafte Tischdeko mit Dekoria

Diesmal waren es Stücke aus der Intenso Premium Kollektion von Dekoria – und ich muss sagen, diese kleinen Deko-Lieblinge machen sich ganz ausgezeichnet in Sandras Garten. Der Jacquard-Stoff hat eine tolle Qualität und die mediterranen Muster sind einfach schön. Ein Terrakotta-Töpchen Basilikum dazu und die hübscheste Tischdeko ist geritzt.

Sometime last year at Sandra’s… and if you’ve been following my blog for a while, you probably know what that means. Because when it comes to springtime table decor and Dekoria, I’m always in – cooking or not!

I’ll admit, you might recognize this situation – I’ve actually written about it here before: that infamous „Sandraaaaaaa“ with extra A’s, like „Youuuuuu“, followed by „Sandra, shall we cook this and that?“ – and of course a little springtime table decor moment with Dekoria on the side.

And of course Sandra laughed – completely justified – because once again, only one of us actually did the cooking: Sandra. I meanwhile tried my best to stay out of the way and not break anything (my specialty: destroying glasses while doing the dishes – that hasn’t changed one bit).

What I AM genuinely good at though: setting the table. Now, I don’t want to sound big-headed – I really don’t! – but setting a table? I’m actually really good at it. Let’s just pretend that has nothing to do with my fully developed decor addiction. And honestly, with such beautiful tablecloths and cushions, nothing can really go wrong – you’d almost have to try hard to make springtime table decor look bad. All the beautiful pieces are – as always – from Dekoria, which is exactly why I took about a thousand photos again.

By the way: Sandra cooked using my recipe. I’ve tried it myself of course, but it looked nowhere near as beautiful as hers. Ha ha! I’ve included a little proof photo for you.

Springtime Table Decor with Dekoria – the Fabrics Make It

This time it was pieces from the Intenso Premium Collection by Dekoria – and I have to say, these little decor favorites look absolutely stunning in Sandra’s garden. The jacquard fabric is beautiful quality and the mediterranean patterns are simply gorgeous. Add a little terracotta pot of basil and the prettiest table setting is done.

2016 haben wir den Jardin Majorelle in Marrakesch zum ersten Mal besucht. Man konnte einfach hinfahren, sich an einer kleinen Kasse Tickets kaufen – musste etwas warten, aber konnte einfach hineingehen.
Wir waren 2016 am Neujahrsmorgen um 8:30 Uhr da und waren die Ersten und einzigen Besucher. Wir waren mehr oder weniger ganz allein. Es war ruhig, es war wunderschön und man würde heute sagen: beschaulich, ja fast magisch. Nach dem Besuch waren wir noch in einem coolen Shop gegenüber, haben einen Kaffee getrunken und sind dann mit einer Kutsche zurückgefahren. Daran kann ich mich noch ganz genau erinnern. Das war 2016.

Heute, 2026, waren wir wieder da und dachten ganz naiv: Man könnte ja noch einmal den Jardin Majorelle in Marrakesch besuchen. Da man online keine Tickets mehr kaufen konnte, sind wir morgens ganz früh dort aufgeschlagen. Ehrlich gesagt, haben wir uns nicht viel dabei gedacht 😂🙈.

Heute: Jardin Majorelle 2026

Ein Schock: Menschenmassen und mehrere Reisegruppen standen schon in einer Warteschlange vor der Tür. Schilder mit Uhrzeiten wurden aufgestellt. Mittlerweile läuft das ein wenig anders im Jardin Majorelle Marrakesch. Tickets kann man ausschließlich online kaufen – und mal eben drei Tage vorher ist das auch gar nicht mehr möglich. Wir haben mehrere Leute am (nicht mehr vorhandenen) Ticketschalter kennengelernt, die sehr traurig darüber waren, dass sie keine Möglichkeit haben, den Jardin Majorelle zu besuchen, da sie nur drei Tage in der Stadt sind. Aber alle sprachen von Instagram. Also ist ersichtlich, dass der Hype durch Instagram ausgelöst wurde – wie an so vielen anderen Orten auch. Durch Instagram ist der Jardin Majorelle zu einem dermaßen Hotspot mutiert, dass das Museum den Menschenmassen gar nicht mehr gerecht wird. Ein bisschen traurig, aber so ist es nun mal.

Halbstündlich werden also circa 250 Menschen eingelassen und haben eine halbe Stunde Zeit, vermutlich auch mehr. Aber danach haben neue Gruppen ihren Slot.
Der coole Shop ist immer noch da, exklusiv, gut kuratiert (wie man heute in coolem Neudeutsch sagt) und weitere sind dazugekommen. Alle sehr schick und auch noch ein paar hippe Cafés mit Saint-Tropez-Preisen. Und die Kutschen sahen leider ein bisschen verlaust aus. Wir sind noch etwas herumgelaufen, haben in einem marokkanischen Café mit Sonnenplätzchen einen Kaffee getrunken und dann ein Uber gerufen.

Travel-Tipps für Jardin Majorelle Marrakesch

Wenn ihr eure Marrakesch-Reise bucht, reserviert auch Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Restaurants im Voraus. Die ganzen Instagram-Hotspots sind überlaufen und oft ausgebucht. Wenn ihr Tickets für den Jardin Majorelle kaufen wollt, achtet darauf, dass ihr wirklich auf der offiziellen Ticket-Webseite gelandet seid. Es werden im Internet Tickets verkauft, die nicht offiziell sind und somit ungültig – euer Geld landet dann in den Taschen von Betrügern.

Mögliche Alternative zu Jardin Majorelle

Wenn ihr keine Tickets für den Jardin Majorelle bekommt oder euch das Ganze einfach zu voll ist, könnt ihr als Alternative den Anima Garden von André Heller besuchen. Er liegt etwa eine gute halbe Stunde außerhalb von Marrakesch, ist sehr weitläufig und soll absolut sehenswert sein. Es gibt sogar einen kostenlosen Shuttle von Marrakesch dorthin – beim nächsten Mal werde ich den Anima Garden auf jeden Fall besuchen.

Back in 2016 we visited the Jardin Majorelle in Marrakech for the very first time. You could simply turn up, buy your tickets at a little booth, wait a short while and then just walk in.
We went on New Year’s morning 2016 at 8:30 a.m. and were the first and only visitors. We were more or less completely on our own. It was quiet, it was beautiful and very peaceful. After the visit we stopped by a cool shop across the street, had a coffee and then took a horse-drawn carriage back. I remember it so clearly. That was 2016.

Fast forward to 2026. We went back, thinking – very naively – that we could just visit the Jardin Majorelle in Marrakech again. Because we couldn’t buy tickets online anymore, we showed up very early in the morning. To be honest, we didn’t think much of it 😂🙈.

Today: Jardin Majorelle 2026

Shock: crowds and several tour groups were already queued up in a long line at the entrance. Signs with time slots were being put up. These days things work a bit differently at Jardin Majorelle Marrakech. Tickets are only sold online – and you can’t just get them three days in advance anymore either. We met several people around the (no longer existing) ticket counter who were really upset because they had no chance of visiting the Jardin Majorelle at all, as they were only in the city for three days. And everyone mentioned Instagram. It is pretty obvious that the hype has been fuelled by Instagram – just like at so many other places. Thanks to Instagram, the Jardin Majorelle has turned into such a hotspot that the museum simply cannot cope with the crowds anymore. A bit sad, but that’s how it is.

Roughly every 30 minutes around 250 people are let in and have half an hour inside, maybe a bit more. Then the next group gets their slot.
The cool shop is still there, exclusive and very well curated, and more shops have joined it. All very chic – and not exactly cheap. There are cheeky cafés with Saint-Tropez prices. And the carriages, sadly, looked a little shabby. We wandered around for a bit, found a Moroccan café with a sunny spot for our coffee and then ordered an Uber.

Travel tips for Jardin Majorelle Marrakech

If you are planning a trip to Marrakech, make sure you also book sights and restaurants in advance. All the Instagram hotspots are crowded and often fully booked. If you want to buy tickets for the Jardin Majorelle, double-check that you are actually on the official ticket website. There are tickets being sold online that are not official and therefore not valid – which basically means your money ends up in the pockets of scammers.

Possible alternative to Jardin Majorelle

If you cannot get tickets for Jardin Majorelle or it all just feels a bit too crowded, you can visit André Heller’s Anima Garden as an alternative. It is about half an hour outside Marrakech, very spacious and said to be absolutely worth a visit. There is even a shuttle running from Marrakech to Anima Garden – next time I am in the city, I will definitely go there.

Im Zuge eines Lernprozesses ist dieses Stressabbau Malbuch für Erwachsene entstanden – und ein bisschen habe ich es für meine Mutter entworfen. Sie hat früher toll gemalt, sogar mit Textilfarbe auf Kleidungsstücke, und sie kann das wirklich gut. Und so ist die Idee gereift, ein eigenes Entspannungs-Malbuch für Erwachsene zu gestalten – mit dem ich sie überraschen konnte.

Natürlich sollte es nicht nur uns gefallen, und so hoffe ich, dass es mir gelungen ist, es liebevoll, abwechslungsreich und mit Motiven zu gestalten, die Freude machen. Zum Geburtstag hat meine Ma dann auch gleich von Freunden ein Set wunderschöner Buntstifte geschenkt bekommen.

Und noch etwas Witziges und auch Überraschendes: Plötzlich fragte mein Vater, ob er denn auch darin malen dürfe. 😂 So süß! Niemals hätte ich gedacht, dass er Lust zum Ausmalen haben würde. Aber er erzählte mir ganz begeistert, dass er nachts im Bett überlege, welche Farben wohl am besten zusammenpassen. Ich glaube, die „Mädchen“ mit den vielen Armbändern und Blumen im Haar haben es ihm besonders angetan. Natürlich bekommt er sein eigenes Stressabbau Malbuch – ist ja wohl Ehrensache.

In the course of a learning process, this coloring book was created – and I partly designed it for my mother. She used to paint beautifully, even with textile paints on clothing, and she was really good at it. But nowadays her eyes make it difficult for her to pursue such hobbies in the way she used to. Coloring in a book, however, still works wonderfully. And so the idea was born to create my own Stress Relief Coloring Book for Adults – one that I could surprise her with.

Of course, it shouldn’t just please us, and so I hope I managed to design it lovingly, with variety and motifs that bring joy. For her birthday, my mom even received a set of beautiful colored pencils from friends, which made her very happy.

And now something funny and also surprising: Suddenly my father asked if he could color in it as well. 😂 So cute! I would never have thought that he would enjoy coloring. But he told me, all excited, that at night in bed he would think about which colors would go best together. I think the “girls” with the many bracelets and flowers in their hair particularly caught his eye. Naturally, he will get his very own Stress Relief Coloring Book – that’s a matter of honor.

Was meint ihr: Was könnte man mit so einem Haufen Kissen alles anstellen? Ich hätte da ziemlich gute Ideen – ein Zimmer dekorieren oder vielleicht sogar ein ganzes Haus in diesem Stil gestalten. Das wäre ziemlich cool. Nur dummerweise ist das mit den Häusern ja so eine Sache – ich hab grad keins am Start, könnte man sagen 😂🙈.

Aber heutzutage kann man ja quasi „laut“ träumen und deshalb kann ich euch sogar zeigen, was ich mit dem Kissenberg und dem dazugehörigen Stoff so anstellen würde. Die Kissen und den passenden Stoff gibt’s sogar im realen Leben zu kaufen – und zwar bei Dekoria, meinem Interior-Stoffdealer des Vertrauens.

Also hier mein Traumhaus im wunderschönen blau-weißen Azulejos-Stil.
Mein Azulejos-Style-Haus hat übrigens einen wunderschönen Pool mit Meerblick, eine herrliche Terrasse, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, eine niedliche Küche und natürlich auch ein wunderschönes Esszimmer. Außerdem hat es drei Schlafzimmer, weil ich mich einfach nicht für eins entscheiden konnte. Aber bei erträumten Häusern kann man ja in null Komma nichts anbauen. Ich hätte auch zwölf Schlafzimmer haben können, aber ich bin ja kein Rockstar 🤘🏼 oder gar eine Schauspielerin, also müssen drei Schlafzimmer reichen. Wir wollen ja nicht durchdrehen 🤣. Allerdings habe ich mir den Luxus eines Fitnessraums gegönnt. Was meint ihr? Könnte man aushalten, oder?

Und wie findet ihr mein Auto? Damit cruisen wir zum Meer, zum Markt und natürlich auch zu Partys – mit lauter Musik, versteht sich. Was muss unbedingt in euer erträumtes Haus?

What do you think: what could you do with a whole pile of cushions? I’ve got some pretty good ideas—decorate a room or maybe even design an entire house in that style. That would be pretty cool. The only problem is, well, houses are a bit of an issue—I don’t exactly have one at the moment, you could say 😂.

So here’s my dream house in a gorgeous blue-and-white Azulejos style.
My Azulejos-style house has, by the way, a beautiful pool with an ocean view, a lovely terrace, a cozy living room, a cute kitchen and of course a beautiful dining room. It also has three bedrooms, simply because I couldn’t decide. But with dream houses you can add on in no time at all. I could have gone for twelve bedrooms, but I’m not a rock star 🤘🏼 or an actress—so three will have to do. We don’t want to go overboard 🤣. However, I did treat myself to the luxury of a fitness room. What do you think? Pretty easy to get used to, right?

And how do you like my car? With it we cruise to the sea, to the market and of course to parties—complete with loud music, of course. What would you absolutely include in your own dream house?
