Diese Drehteller (Affiliate Link) schaue ich mir schon eine ganze Weile an. Aber ich war mir nicht sicher, ob sie wirklich das Richtige für mich sind. Ich suchte etwas, mit dem ich dem herumstehenden Kleinkram im Badezimmer den Garaus machen konnte. Dieser Kleinkram ist ja auch schon rein farblich gesehen ein einziges Chaos.

Ich habe schon alles Mögliche ausprobiert, wie beispielsweise Körbchen. Aber nur mit mäßigem Erfolg. In Körbchen kann man beispielsweise nicht richtig hineinschauen, und im Bad muss es oft zügig gehen. Da will man nicht in drei Körbchen wühlen. Glas und Keramik kommen im Bad für mich aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht in Frage. Im Badezimmer bin ich immer barfuß unterwegs, und meine Fliesen sind leider empfindlich. Holz bekommt unschöne Wasserflecken, und Pappe weicht auf. Also habe ich mich für diese Drehteller aus Kunststoff entschieden.
Und ich muss sagen, ich bereue es nicht. Mit den Drehtellern habe ich das Kleinkram-Chaos gebändigt.

Nun ist mein Badregal ordentlich, nichts kippt mehr um, und ich finde alles sofort. Den zweiten Drehteller habe ich im Badunterschrank. Da ist es fast noch besser. Jetzt muss ich nicht mehr in den Schrank krabbeln, wenn ich etwas suche. Man wird ja nicht jünger…

I’ve been looking at these turntables (affiliate link) for a while now. But I wasn’t sure if they were really right for me. I was looking for something to get rid of the clutter in the bathroom. This clutter is a mess in terms of color alone.

I’ve tried all sorts of things, such as baskets. But only with moderate success. You can’t really see into baskets, for example, and things often have to move quickly in the bathroom. You don’t want to rummage through three baskets. Glass and ceramic are out of the question for me in the bathroom for safety reasons. I’m always barefoot in the bathroom and my tiles are unfortunately sensitive. Wood gets unsightly water stains and cardboard softens. So I opted for these plastic turntables.

And I have to say, I don’t regret it. I have tamed the clutter with the turntables.
Now my bathroom shelf is tidy, nothing tips over and I can find everything immediately. I have the second turntable in the bathroom vanity unit. It’s almost even better there. Now I no longer have to crawl into the cupboard when I’m looking for something. You don’t get any younger…

Baden ist für mich das schönste Erholungsprogramm der Welt. Nirgends kann ich so relaxen wie in der Badewanne. Zugegeben, im Sommer, bei dreißig Grad gehe ich lieber im Meer schwimmen, aber jetzt im Herbst beginnt für mich die Zeit, in der ich abends gerne mal bade.

Unsere Wohnung hat wirklich alles, was ich liebe, außer einer Badewanne.
Und jetzt lacht ihr mich sicher aus, aber mir hat meine heiß und innig geliebte Badewanne so sehr gefehlt, dass ich mich im Internet auf die Suche nach einer mobilen Badewanne für Erwachsene begeben habe. Und siehe da, ich bin nicht die einzige Person mit einer Wohnung ohne Badewanne, die das Baden vermisst. In Amsterdam hat jemand das Baden so vermisst, dass er eine mobile Badewanne entwickelt hat, und zwar eine Badewanne zum Aufblasen. Sie ist einfach genial und der Erfinder hat seine mobile Badewanne Tubble (Affiliate Link) getauft und verbessert sie ständig. Es gibt einige andere Badewannen zum Aufblasen auf einer großen Onlineplattform, die aber nicht sonderlich vertrauenerweckend wirken.

Die Tubble Badewanne gibt es in mehreren Größen, sie ist superstabil und wird mit einer elektrischen Pumpe geliefert. Sie ist wie versprochen in zwei Minuten aufgeblasen und in null Komma nichts wieder verstaut. Ich liebe, liebe, liebe meine Tubble Badewanne und würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen. Ich bin 1,74 Meter groß und kann mit ausgestreckten Beinen entspannt darin sitzen und rumlümmeln. Und weil sie aufblasbar ist, ist sie übrigens auch viel bequemer als eine normale Badewanne.

Ich benutze meine Badewanne übrigens ausschließlich in der Dusche, wo sie super reinpasst und wo das Badewasser ganz normal ablaufen kann. Außerdem fühle ich mich so sicherer, falls sie doch mal beschädigt sein sollte.
Die Fotos habe ich nur im Flur gemacht, weil unser Badezimmer zu klein ist, um darin zu fotografieren. Ich würde natürlich niemals im Flur baden, da könnte das Wasser weder vernünftig einlaufen noch ablaufen. Übrigens zieht man auch in dieser mobilen Badewanne einen Stöpsel, um das Wasser abzulassen.

Falls ihr euch nun für eine Tubble Badewanne interessiert, denkt bitte vor dem Kauf über die Statik nach, so eine Badewanne mit Wasser ist ganz schön schwer.

Our flat really has everything I love except a bathtub.
And now you’re probably laughing at me, but I’ve missed my hot and dearly beloved bathtub so much that I went on the Internet to look for a mobile bathtub for adults. And lo and behold, I am not the only person with a flat without a bathtub who misses bathing. In Amsterdam, someone missed bathing so much that he developed a mobile bathtub, an inflatable bathtub. It is simply ingenious and the creator has called his mobile bathtub Tubble (affiliate Link) and is constantly improving it. There are some other inflatable bathtubs on a large online platform, but they don’t inspire much confidence.

The Tubble bathtub is available in several sizes, it is super stable and comes with an electric pump. It is inflated in two minutes as promised and stowed away in no time at all. I love, love, love my Tubble Bathtub and would buy it again anytime. I am 1.74 metres tall and can sit in it relaxed with my legs stretched out and lolling around. And because it is inflatable, it is also much more comfortable than a normal tub, by the way.

By the way, I only use my bathtub in the shower, where it fits perfectly and where the water can run off normally. It also makes me feel safer in case it should ever be damaged. I only took the photos in the corridor because our bathroom is too small to take pictures in. I would never take a bath in the corridor, of course, because the water would neither be able to run in nor run off properly. By the way, even in this mobile bathtub you pull a plug to drain the water.

If you are now interested in a tubble bathtub, please think about the statics before buying, a tub with water is quite heavy.
