Es ist Sommer und diese wunderschönen farbenfrohen Armbändchen begleiten mich derzeit überall hin. Letztes Jahr habe ich euch das gelbe Schwesterchen in einem Blogpost vorgestellt und wie schon die Sis so dürfen auch diese beiden Schönheiten alles miterleben.
Sie dürfen mit mir in den Pool, sie begleiten mich zum Strand, trinken mit mir Wein oder schwitzen mit mir beim Sport. Ich liebe diese Bändchen mit einer echten Süßwasserperle, einem Amazonit und einer kleinen goldenen Muschel von AlexFeinwerk. Leider habe ich das „Schwesterchen“ verloren oder vor mir selbst versteckt.

It’s summer and these beautiful colorful bracelets currently accompany me everywhere. Last year I introduced you to the yellow little sister in a blog post and as already the Sis so these two beauties may also experience everything.

Fußkettchen Tortuga bei AlexFeinwerk (15% Zeitgeist15)

Ehrlich gesagt habe ich keine Ahnung von Tarotkarten. Aber dieses Tarot-Kartendeck von Dali habe ich im Taschen-Flagship-Store in Paris entdeckt und war sofort Feuer und Flamme. Aber es ist ganz schön groß (ca. 35×20 cm) und nicht unbedingt Handgepäck geeignet, daher habe ich mich nicht weiter damit befasst. Und nun habe ich es geschenkt bekommen. Es ist wunderschön und es ist mehr ein Table Book, als ein Tarotdeck. Die Box ist mit Samt bezogen und die Karten stecken in einer hübschen goldenen Schachtel. Natürlich gibt es auch eine Anleitung, die in mehreren Sprachen unter anderem auch in Deutsch verfasst ist. Jede Karte wurde von Salvador Dali gestaltet. Ein wirklich schönes Geschenk.

Honestly, I have no idea about tarot cards. But this tarot card deck of Dali I have discovered in the bag flagship store in Paris and was immediately fire and flame. But it’s quite big (ca. 35×20 cm) and not necessarily suitable for hand luggage, so I didn’t look into it further. And now I got it as a gift. It’s beautiful and it’s more of a table book than a tarot deck. The box is covered in velvet and the cards are in a pretty gold box. Of course, there are also instructions written in several languages including German. Each card was designed by Salvador Dali. A really nice gift.

In Frankreich gibt es ganze Beauty-Institute, die mit dem LPG System arbeiten. Ich weiß gar nicht, wie ich es beschreiben soll, aber Zupf-und-Saug-Massage könnte es wohl treffen. Man führt damit Antifalten-, Anti-Cellulite- und Hautstraffungsbehandlungen für den gesamten Körper und auch für das Gesicht durch. Sehr angenehm. Ich habe mir die Sache recht lange angeschaut und mir ausgerechnet, dass ich nach 10 Körper-Behandlungen im Institut die Heimversion raus habe und es mir irgendwann gegönnt. Ich muss es euch mal richtig in einem Blogpost vorstellen. Aber da ja gerade Bikini-Zeit ist hier schon mal vorab.

In France, there are whole beauty institutes that work with the LPG system. I don’t know how to describe it, but pluck-and-suck massage might be the right word. It is used for anti-wrinkle, anti-cellulite and skin tightening treatments for the whole body and also for the face. Very pleasant. I looked at it for quite a long time and calculated that after 10 body treatments at the institute, I’d have the home version out and treated myself to it at some point. I must introduce it to you properly in a blog post. But since just bikini time is here in advance.

Buch „Selbst ist die Fee“ von Liane Mars

Ein lustiges Buch, das ich auf Bookbeat während einer längeren Autofahrt gehört habe, kann ich auch noch empfehlen. Sehr leichte Kost und nur was für Erwachsene, die auf Märchen und Fantasy stehen. Als Buch hätte ich es vermutlich nicht gelesen, aber als Hörbuch … Ich habe manchmal richtig laut lachen müssen, es ist allerdings auch richtig gut gelesen … Perfekte Unterhaltung würde ich mal sagen.

I can also recommend a funny book that I listened to on Bookbeat during a long car ride. Very light stuff and only something for adults who loves fairy tales and fantasy. As a book I probably would not have read it, but as an audio book … Sometimes I had to laugh out loud, but it is also really well read … Perfect entertainment I would say.

Mit der Yuca App kann man den Barcode von Lebensmitteln und Kosmetik scannen und bekommt die Inhaltsstoffe samt ihrer Bedenklichkeit und einer Bewertungszusammenfassung angezeigt.
Ich nutze die Yuca App direkt beim Einkaufen. Manchmal erschrecke ich mich, wie schlecht die Inhaltsstoffe eines teuren Bioproduktes sein können und manchmal bin ich erstaunt, wie gut ein sehr preiswertes Noname-Produkt abschneiden kann. Die App erleichtert mir das Einkaufen ungemein und man kann „schwarze Schafe“ viel leichter herausfiltern. Auch für Allergiker kann die App hilfreich sein.

Gerade habe ich diese Creme für mich wiederentdeckt. Ich verwende sie nicht immer, denn sie ist ganz schön schmierig, aber wenn meine Haut zu trocken ist, dann ist diese Creme einfach genial. Relativ preiswert und laut der Yuka App auch ausgezeichnet.

Diese Netflix-Serie, die über die wahre Begebenheit von Eli Cohen, dem berühmtesten Spions Israels, handelt, ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber hat mir ziemlich gut gefallen.

Um meinen Kaffee-Konsum auf ein gesundheitlich unbedenkliches Level zu reduzieren, trinke ich zwischendurch auch Tee.
Ausschließlich Wasser trinken ist einfach zu langweilig und den ganzen Tag Wein und Cocktails sind ja auch keine Lösung.
Grüner Tee ist toll, aber macht bei Überdosierung hibbelig und so habe ich den Kusmi Tee „Be Cool“ für mich entdeckt. Pfefferminz, Verbene und Apfel sind nur einige der Zutaten dieser Biotee Mischung. Am liebsten mag ich ihn übrigens mit einem Spritzer Zitrone.

Unser alter Wasserfilter wurde langsam unansehnlich und als wir nun alle Filter-Kartuschen aufgebraucht hatten, haben wir uns nach einem anderen Wasserfilter umgesehen. Oh mein Gott. Die sind sooo lecker. Wenn mich die Naschsucht überkommt…
Ich könnte jeden Nachmittag ein Stück Kuchen verdrücken. Die Betonung liegt auf könnte, kann ich nämlich nicht, wenn ich nicht aussehen will wie ein Käsekuchen. Deshalb habe ich immer einen Vorrat an Proteinriegeln im Haus und nasche davon. So ein Riegel ist überschaubar und für meinen süßen Zahn absolut ausreichend. Ganz neu habe ich diese Sorte von Barebells für mich entdeckt.

Hier noch ein Tipp für alle Ibiza-Fans. Auf Netflix läuft gerade eine etwas ältere Ibiza-Doku „Ibiza Occidente“, die wir schon länger als DVD haben. Besonders für Leute meines Alters, die noch Carl Cox Sonntags auf der Terrasse im Space erlebt haben oder die ins „Privilege“ zur Manumission Party gepilgert sind.

In der Doku werden einige sehr interessante Leute interviewt und man erlebt die Insel mit all seinen Facetten, nicht nur ihre Party-Seite.

Here’s a tip for all Ibiza fans. On Netflix Germany is currently running a somewhat older Ibiza documentary „Ibiza Occidente“, which we already have a long time as a DVD.
