Wir wollten im Urlaub ein bisschen die Gegend rund um unser Hotel erkunden. Da das Hotel ziemlich ländlich gelegen war, ging es auf den Wegen drumherum auch mal über Stock und Stein. Im Sommerkleid eher nicht so zu empfehlen. 😂🙈 Sportbekleidung war deshalb natürlich die logische Konsequenz.
Wie gut, dass ich meine neue Stronger Dark Toile Print Leggings (Affiliate Link) dabei hatte 😉. So konnte ich mit Leopard, Giraffe und Palmen ziemlich stylish die Natur erkunden.

Meine neue Stronger Signature One Leggings ist aus der frisch gedroppten Back to Stronger Kollektion und hat einen ziemlich coolen Dark Toile Print. Der Print ist wirklich besonders: Zwischen Palmen und anderen Pflanzen verstecken sich Giraffen und Leoparden – fast wie eine moderne, sportliche Variante eines klassischen Toile-de-Jouy-Musters.

Dazu habe ich ganz schlicht ein weißes One-Shoulder-Top getragen, das ich noch im Koffer gefunden habe. Nicht ganz optimal, aber für einen Walk völlig ausreichend. Und weil es durch die Natur ging, natürlich Turnschuhe.

Ich liebe die Leggings von Stronger. Sie sind unheimlich bequem, sitzen gut, rutschen nicht und die Qualität ist wirklich super. Auch nach längerem Tragen bleiben sie in Form und ich habe mit meinen bisherigen Stronger Leggings sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht.
Auch die Passform finde ich ziemlich zuverlässig. Laut Größentabelle würde mir eigentlich eine kleinere Größe passen, ich trage bei Stronger aber trotzdem immer L, weil ich es einfach etwas bequemer mag. Ich bin 1,74 m groß und trage normalerweise M bis L.

Insbesondere auf Reisen mag ich Leggings besonders gern. Man hat etwas Bequemes zum Spazierengehen dabei und kann sie natürlich auch im Gym tragen, falls es eins gibt. Bequem, praktisch und mit einem Print wie diesem alles andere als langweilig…

in our vacation we wanted to explore the area around our hotel a little. Since the hotel was quite rural, the paths around it also led over rough ground here and there. Not exactly ideal in a summer dress. 😂🙈 Sportswear was therefore the logical consequence.
Luckily, I had my new Stronger Dark Toile Print Leggings (affiliate link) with me 😉. So I was able to explore nature quite stylishly with leopards, giraffes and palm trees.

My new Signature One Leggings are from the freshly dropped Back to Stronger collection and have a pretty cool Dark Toile Print. The print is really special: between palm trees and other plants, giraffes and leopards are hiding – almost like a modern, sporty version of a classic Toile de Jouy pattern.

I kept the rest very simple and wore a white one-shoulder top that I still found in my suitcase. Not quite perfect, but absolutely fine for a walk. And because we were out in nature, sneakers were the obvious choice.

I love the leggings from Stronger. They are incredibly comfortable, fit well, do not slip and the quality is really great. Even after wearing them for a longer time, they keep their shape, and I have had very good experiences with my previous Stronger leggings.
I also find the fit quite reliable. According to the size chart, a smaller size would actually fit me, but I still always wear L in Stronger because I simply prefer them a little more comfortable. I am 1.74 m tall and usually wear M to L.

Especially when travelling, I really like leggings like these. You have something comfortable for going on walks and can of course also wear them to the gym, if there is one. Comfortable, practical and with a print like this, anything but boring…

Ich hatte in meinem anderen Rat & Boa Post ja bereits angedeutet, dass ich in Sachen Leoprint eine ziemlich lange Liste mit Dingen aufzählen könnte, die sich in Animal Print in meinem Haushalt befinden. Also war ja quasi davon auszugehen, dass sich nicht nur ein Leopardenkleid in meinem Kleiderschrank befindet.

Hier also noch ein Rat & Boa Leo Kleid. Allerdings ist dieses Kleid eher für den Sommer oder für Date Nights geeignet. Ja, und auch wenn ich die 50 bereits überschritten habe, hält mich das nicht davon ab, mir gelegentlich ein heißes Teilchen überzuwerfen. Genau dieses Rat & Boa Leo Kleid scheint es aktuell leider nicht mehr zu geben, aber Rat & Boa hat immer wieder ähnliche
Leo-Kleider und weitere Kleider in den schönsten Prints. Natürlich im angesagten Leolook, aber auch mit Zebramuster, wunderschönen Blumenprints, Glitzer und allem, was das Herz begehrt, wenn man ausgefallene Stücke sucht.

Tipp: Die Passform bei Rat & Boa ist normal. Die Kleider sind meist sehr lang, sodass sie auch für große Frauen passen, die gerne hohe High Heels tragen. Ich lasse die Kleider meistens etwas kürzen.

In my other Rat & Boa post, I already mentioned that when it comes to leopard print, I could make quite a long list of things in animal print that can be found in my home. So it was basically to be expected that there would not be just one leopard dress in my wardrobe.

So here is another Rat & Boa leo dress. This dress, however, is more suitable for summer or date nights. And yes, even though I have already passed 50, that does not stop me from occasionally throwing on a hot little number.
This exact Rat & Boa leo dress unfortunately does not seem to be available anymore at the moment, but Rat & Boa regularly has similar leo dresses and other dresses in the most beautiful prints. Of course in the popular leopard look, but also with zebra patterns, beautiful floral prints, glitter and everything your heart could wish for if you are looking for something a little special.

Tip: The fit at Rat & Boa is normal. The dresses are usually very long, so they also work well for tall women who like to wear high heels. I usually have the dresses shortened a little.

Ich habe den Shop schon länger ein wenig im Auge, denn es gibt dort oft wirklich außergewöhnlich schöne Kleider. Dieses Kleid ist allerdings tatsächlich mein erstes Farm Rio Kleid und ich bin von der Qualität wirklich begeistert. Ich würde das Kleid fast als soft bezeichnen. Man zieht es an und möchte es dann eigentlich auch nicht mehr so gerne ausziehen 😂. Das Material fühlt sich unglaublich weich an und ist gleichzeitig hochwertig verarbeitet. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass das Kleid auch kaum knittert. Damit ist es für mich ein perfektes Kofferkleid, also auch sehr gut für Reisen geeignet, weil man es ganz easy im Koffer verstauen kann.

Vor der Bestellung war ich etwas verunsichert. In einigen Bewertungen wurde geschrieben, dass speziell dieses Farm Rio Kleid eher klein ausfallen soll. Ich habe trotzdem meine übliche Größe bestellt und kann diese Einschätzung zumindest bei diesem Modell nicht bestätigen.
Ich bin 1,74 m groß und trage normalerweise Größe M oder L. Da ich Kleider lieber etwas lockerer trage und es hasse, wie eine Wurst in der Pelle auszusehen, habe ich mich für Größe L entschieden. Für mich sitzt das Kleid genau so, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Meiner Erfahrung nach fällt dieses Modell größengerecht aus.

Besonders schön finde ich, wie vielseitig sich das Kleid kombinieren lässt. Im Sommer werde ich es mit Sandalen tragen. Sobald es etwas kühler wird, werde ich es mit Stiefeln tragen. Schon getestet, sieht super aus. Ein Mantel oder Blazer passt sowieso. Das macht dieses Kleid für mich zum perfekten Buddy für fast jede Jahreszeit. Und auch bei den bereits erwähnten Anlässen ist es absolut anpassungsfähig, ein echter Allrounder.
Ich werde es zu Familienfeiern, Geburtstagen und auch zu geselligen Abendessen tragen. Aber auch zu einer Date Night mit dem Schatz, einem Abend in einer Hotelbar, einem Stadtbummel im Urlaub oder einem Gartenfest an etwas kühleren Sommertagen.

Und da ich mittlerweile deutlich seltener Kleidung kaufe, ist es okay, wenn die Stücke hochwertiger sind. Insbesondere dann, wenn sie Potenzial zum Lieblingsstück haben.

My first Farm Rio dress – and definitely not my last.
When I discovered this Farm Rio dress (affiliate link) in the sale, I simply could not resist. The extraordinary pattern, the beautiful colors and the sexy cut 🙈😂 … I simply could not resist. Since there are still a few celebrations coming up this year, there are also enough reasons for a new dress.
Best purchase ever.

I have had my eye on the shop for quite a while, because they often have really exceptionally beautiful dresses there. This dress, however, is actually my first Farm Rio dress and I am truly impressed by the quality. I would almost describe the dress as soft. You put it on and then you do not really want to take it off again 😂. The material feels incredibly soft and at the same time very well made. I am pretty sure the dress hardly wrinkles either. For me, that makes it the perfect suitcase dress, so also very suitable for traveling, because you can easily pack it in your suitcase.

Before ordering, I was a little unsure. In some reviews, people wrote that this particular Farm Rio dress runs rather small. I still ordered my usual size and, at least with this model, I cannot confirm that impression.
I am 1.74 m tall and usually wear size M or L. Since I prefer dresses to fit a little more loosely and hate looking like a sausage in its casing, I chose size L. For me, the dress fits exactly as I had imagined. In my experience, this model runs true to size.

What I especially like is how versatile the dress is. In summer, I will wear it with sandals. As soon as it gets a little cooler, I will wear it with boots. Already tested, looks great. A coat or blazer works anyway. That makes this dress my perfect buddy for almost every season. And when it comes to the occasions I already mentioned, it is absolutely adaptable, a true all-rounder.
I will wear it to family celebrations, birthdays and also to relaxed dinners. But also for a date night with my sweetheart, an evening at a hotel bar, a stroll through town on vacation or a garden party on slightly cooler summer days.

And since I now buy clothes much less often, it is okay if the pieces are a little higher quality. Especially when they have the potential to become a favorite piece.

Ich bin wirklich lange um dieses „Crochet Dress“ (Affiliate Link) von Aurobelle Ibiza herumgeschlichen. Nicht, weil ich mir nicht sicher war, ob es in natura so schön ist wie auf den Fotos, sondern weil ich mich gefragt habe, ob man so ein Kleid mit 50 noch tragen sollte. Als im Etsy Shop nur noch drei verfügbar waren, habe ich es gewagt und dieses traumhaft schöne Häkelkleid bestellt.

Und ich bin zu dem Schluss gekommen: Ja, kann man. Und zwar sehr gut. Vor allem am Strand.

Das Crochet Dress ist super weich und trägt sich unglaublich angenehm. Es ist ein handgemachtes, langärmeliges Boho Crochet Dress aus leichter Bio-Baumwolle mit einem tiefen, offenen Rückenausschnitt, was es zu einem echten Ibiza-Kleid macht – luftig, ein bisschen sexy, aber trotzdem entspannt.

Allerdings muss ich zugeben, dass ich am Rücken je einen kleinen Abnäher eingearbeitet habe. Das habe ich von Hand gemacht und es hat genau zehn Minuten gedauert. Und „ich“ heißt in diesem Fall eigentlich meine Mutter und ich – alleine komme ich da hinten nicht ran. Meine Mutter ist in Sachen Nähen sowieso mein Partner in Crime. Sie hat mir das Nähen überhaupt erst beigebracht.

Wir haben früher quasi alles selbst genäht, weil es im Osten ja keine schönen Sachen zu kaufen gab. Ich erinnere mich an wirklich süße Teile, aber auch an einige grauenvolle Missgeschicke. OMG. Da gab es dieses Kleid zu meiner Jugendweihe 🙈 Ich falle heute noch vor Lachen vom Stuhl, wenn ich Fotos davon sehe. Sorry, Mom – Du hast Dich damals durchgesetzt, aber dieses Kleid … 🤣🙈🤷‍♀️.

Aber zurück zu meinem Crochet Dress: Es ist einfach wunderschön und ich liebe es. Es ist genau so ein Kleid, das man in den Urlaub mitnimmt – leicht, unkompliziert und perfekt für heiße Tage. So wie auch meine Pitusa Kleider, über die ich hier schon einmal geschrieben habe.

I circled around this “crochet dress” (Affiliate Link) from Aurobelle Ibiza for quite a while. Not because I wasn’t sure if it would look as beautiful in real life as it does in the photos, but because I wasn’t sure if you can still wear a dress like this at 50. When there were only three left in the Etsy shop, I went for it and ordered this absolutely stunning crochet dress.

And I’ve come to the conclusion: yes, you absolutely can. And very well, too. Especially at the beach.

The crochet dress is incredibly soft and very comfortable to wear. It’s made from lightweight organic cotton, has long sleeves and a deep open back, which gives it that true boho Ibiza feel—light, a little bit sexy, but still relaxed.

I do have to admit, though, that I added a small dart at the back. I did it by hand and it took exactly ten minutes. And “I” in this case really means my mother and me—I can’t exactly sew the back while wearing the dress. My mother has always been my partner in crime when it comes to sewing. She’s actually the one who taught me everything.

We used to sew almost everything ourselves, because back in East Germany there simply weren’t many nice clothes to buy. I remember some really cute pieces, but also a few truly terrible mishaps. OMG. There was this dress I wore for my Jugendweihe 🙈 I still laugh so hard when I see photos of it. Sorry, Mom—you won back then, but that dress… 🤣🙈🤷‍♀️

But back to my crochet dress: it’s simply beautiful and I love it. It’s exactly the kind of dress you pack for a vacation—light, uncomplicated, and perfect for hot days. Just like my Pitusa dresses, which I’ve also written about here.

Der Beitrag CROCHET DRESS – AUROBELLE IBIZA erschien zuerst auf Zeitgeist Living.

Erinnert ihr euch noch an den Hype mit diesen süßen Metallic Flash Tattoo? Mir sind meine Überbleibsel dieses Hypes letztens wieder in die Hände gefallen und ich dachte, dass man sich durchaus mal wieder so ein süßes Flash-Tattoo aufkleben könnte.
Nun mögen mich die tätowierten Ärmelinhaber belächeln, aber es geht mir schließlich nicht darum, tätowiert zu sein. Mir gefällt einfach das Geglitzer.

So ein Metallic-Tattoo ist wie Schmuck, man kann es einfach ablegen, wechseln und passend zum Kleidchen tragen. Außerdem kann man es mit seinem Schmuck kombinieren. Und ihr müsst zugeben, dass dieses Glitzerzeugs auf gebräunter Haut mehr als nur nett aussieht.

Als wir gestern an einem Beachclub zum Dinner waren, haben mehrere Mädels mein glitzerndes „Abziehbildchen“ bewundert und liebevoll gestreichelt. Ich würde mal sagen, noch immer absolut salonfähig.

Now the tattooed sleeve owners may smile at me, but I’m not about being tattooed after all. I just like the glitter.

Such a metallic tattoo is like jewelry, you can easily take it off, change it and wear it to match your dress. Plus, you can match it with your jewelry. And you have to admit that this glitter stuff looks more than nice on tanned skin.

When we were at a beach club for dinner yesterday, several girls admired and lovingly caressed my glittery „decal“. I would say still absolutely presentable.

Letztes Jahr schrieb ich über meinen kleinen Sommer-Liebling, das Armband „Maui“ von Alexfeinwerk. Ratet, was ich den ganzen Sommer nicht tun werde. Jep, sie abnehmen. Nun dürfen sie mit mir an den Strand, im Meer schwimmen und meine Lieblingskosmetikprodukte benutzen, wie zuvor schon das Schwesterchen. Aber sie müssen auch Geschirrspülen, Fensterputzen und wischen. Ich befürchte, das wird ihre Lebenszeit ein wenig verkürzen, aber generell halten die kleinen „Schmuckstücke“ von Alexfeinwerk ja ziemlich viel aus.

Last year I wrote about my little summer favorite, the „Maui“ bracelet from Alexfeinwerk. (You can it here) I only took it off once and packed it away very well so I wouldn’t lose it. Well, packed it away so well that I never found it again. I sort of hid it from myself. Despite several searches, my little darling has not reappeared.

Now his 2 siblings have moved in with me: The siblings too, have a cute colorful ribbon, a small shell pendant and a freshwater pearl pendant with amazonite.
Guess what I won’t be doing all summer? Yep, take them off. Now they get to go to the beach with me, swim in the ocean, and use my favorite beauty products, just like sis did before. But they also have to wash dishes, wash windows and mop. I’m afraid that will shorten their life a little, but generally the little „jewels“ of Alexfeinwerk hold quite a lot.

Weiße Kissen an einem türkisblauen Pool sind fantastisch und vermutlich das stylische Konzept diverser Super-Hotels. Aber wisst ihr, worauf es sich an einem türkisblauen Pool auch ganz ausgezeichnet herumlümmeln lässt? Und was dem stylischen Pool-Konzept „White“ in nichts nachsteht?
Samt und Aqua-Töne. Samt strahlt einfach Gemütlichkeit aus und steht in einem wunderbaren Kontrast zu den kühlen Aqua-Farben. Meine innere Meerjungfrau kann gar nicht genug davon bekommen.
Für die Fotos am Pool im B&B Fontaine de Cérier in der Provence habe ich die Dekoria Kissen gedreht, gewendet, herumgetragen und manchmal auch heimlich geknuddelt. Es sah einfach zu schön aus.

Fontaine de Cérier ist ein wunderschönes Bed & Breakfast in der Provence bei Castillon-du-Gard. Der Pool, die alten Steine, der Lavendel und diese ganze Postkartenidylle machen es einem allerdings auch wirklich leicht. Man muss dort eigentlich nur ein Kissen hinlegen und zack: schön.
Die großen Sitzkissen aus Samt und das gemusterte Kissen passen jedenfalls großartig an den Pool. Sie sehen weich aus, gemütlich, ein bisschen luxuriös.

PS: Und wer keinen Pool hat, so wie ich, muss nicht traurig sein. Die Kissen sehen überall schön aus: im Garten, auf dem Balkon und natürlich auch in der Wohnung.

White cushions by a turquoise pool are fantastic and probably the stylish concept of various super hotels. But do you know what is also excellent for lounging around by a turquoise pool? And what is in no way inferior to the stylish “white” pool concept?
Velvet and aqua tones. Velvet simply radiates coziness and creates a wonderful contrast to the cool aqua colors. My inner mermaid cannot get enough of it.
For the photos by the pool at the B&B Fontaine de Cérier in Provence, I turned the Dekoria cushions around, flipped them over, carried them from one place to another and sometimes secretly cuddled them. It simply looked too beautiful.

Fontaine de Cérier is a beautiful bed & breakfast in Provence near Castillon-du-Gard. The pool, the old stones, the lavender and this whole postcard idyll really make it easy. You basically only have to place a cushion somewhere and boom: beautiful.
The large velvet seat cushions and the patterned cushion look wonderful by the pool. They look soft, cozy and a little luxurious.

PS: And if you do not have a pool, just like me, you do not have to be sad. The cushions look beautiful everywhere: in the garden, on the balcony and of course also inside the house.

Es begann auf Fuerteventura, in einem unserer Lieblingsrestaurants. Ich wollte nach dem Essen kein Dessert und auch nicht den hundertsten Kaffee, als mir der Cocktail des Tages ins Auge fiel: Espresso Martini. Seitdem ist es um mich geschehen. Wie konnte ich Espresso Martini nur vergessen? Es ist mir schleierhaft.
Gefährliche Angelegenheit übrigens, denn ich könnte diesen Cocktail so vor mich hinschlürfen, was man natürlich besser unterlässt. Nicht nur wegen der Gesundheit, sondern weil man nach dem Schlürfen auch nicht mehr nach Hause schlurfen kann 🙈.

Fakt ist jedenfalls, dass ich mit meiner Espresso-Martini-Leidenschaft nicht alleine bin, so angesagt, wie der Cocktail zurzeit ist. Man bekommt ihn quasi überall und sogar in lecker. Sagt jetzt nicht: Ist ja auch keine Kunst. Ich habe in Frankreich schon Cocktails bekommen … Ein Beispiel für einen Caipirinha in Cannes, serviert in einem Sektglas: ein wenig Zucker, irgendein Saft und Alkohol. Farbe: Blau. Ihr versteht, dass ich bei Cocktails vorsichtig bin.

Da man für meinen Lieblingscocktail nur Eis, Espresso, Wodka und Kaffeelikör benötigt, habe ich mir das Equipment für zu Hause zugelegt – samt wunderschöner Gläser (Affiliate Link) und Mix-Set (Affiliate Link). Manche fügen noch Zuckersirup hinzu, ich hingegen mag das nicht. Ich bevorzuge ihn ganz klassisch.

Einfaches Espresso Martini Rezept

1 Teil Espresso
1 Teil Kahlúa
1 Teil Wodka
Eiswürfel

Alles mit Eis kräftig shaken und in ein schönes Glas abseihen. Drei Kaffeebohnen als Deko obendrauf sind natürlich Pflicht 😜.

Außerdem sollte man seinen Gästen so einen Espresso Martini unbedingt in einem hübschen Glas anbieten, ist ja wohl Ehrensache. Und Grund genug, sich endlich die Gläser zuzulegen, die man schon etwas länger anhimmelt 😂.

It started on Fuerteventura, in one of our favorite restaurants. I did not want dessert after dinner, nor the hundredth coffee, when the cocktail of the day caught my eye: Espresso Martini. Since then, it has happened to me. How could I have forgotten about Espresso Martini? It is a mystery to me.
Dangerous business, by the way, because I could sip Espresso Martini like that, which of course is better left undone. Not only because of your health, but also because after sipping, you can no longer shuffle home 🙈.

In any case, the fact is that I am not alone with my Espresso Martini passion, as popular as the cocktail is at the moment. You can get it almost everywhere and even in delicious. Do not say now: It is not an art. I have had cocktails in France before … An example of a Caipirinha in Cannes, served in a champagne glass: a little sugar, some juice and alcohol. Color: blue. You understand that I am cautious about cocktails.

Because all you need for an Espresso Martini is ice, espresso, vodka and coffee liqueur, I got the equipment to make it at home – including beautiful glasses and a cocktail mix set. Some people add sugar syrup, but I personally do not like that. I prefer Espresso Martini in the classic way.

Simple Espresso Martini recipe

1 part espresso
1 part Kahlúa
1 part vodka
ice cubes

Shake everything well with ice and strain into a pretty glass. Three coffee beans on top as decoration are, of course, a must 😜.

Besides, you should definitely serve your guests an Espresso Martini in a pretty glass. A matter of honor, obviously. And reason enough to finally get the glasses you have adored for quite a while 😂.

Ja, ich liebe Leggings. Sie sind bequem und anpassungsfähig, was beispielsweise nach Weihnachten außerordentlich praktisch ist. Außerdem kneifen sie nicht in frisch angeschaffte Speckröllchen, und einen Knopf muss man auch nicht öffnen, wenn man im Restaurant doch noch ein Tiramisu verdrückt hat.
Dabei hat die olle, ausgeleierte Baumwollleggings längst ausgedient, und mir persönlich haben es auch eher die stylischen Leggings hipper Fitnesslabels angetan.

Ob sich die Hersteller dieser schicken Fitnessklamotten das so vorgestellt haben? Frau Besler, 50 Jahre, bewegungsunfähig, vollgestopft mit Cheesecake – und selig, dass ihre Hose nicht platzen kann, weil sie so schön nachgiebig ist? Vermutlich nicht, denn fotografiert werden die Klamotten meist in Fitnessstudios mit überirdisch durchtrainierten Menschen, die meinen Cheesecake höchstens heimlich anschmachten, weil kein Gluten, kein Zucker, kein Getreide … (Mittlerweile gehöre ich auch dazu 🙈😂.)
Um die Hersteller zu beruhigen: Manchmal trage ich die Leggings auch zum Sport.

Mein aktuelles Lieblingsbrand für diese äußerst praktische Bekleidung heißt STRONGER Label. Ich liebe die Muster, die Farben und die Qualität. Ich trage die Stronger Leggings tatsächlich oft in meiner Freizeit und kombiniere sie mit Longshirts. Darüber habe ich hier auf dem Blog schon einmal geschrieben.

PS: Mir passt M (auch laut der Größentabelle), aber ich trage meine Stronger Leggings lieber in L, weil insbesondere die Hosen mit den ganz breiten Gummis so etwas bequemer sind (nachgiebiger sozusagen 😂).

Yes, I love leggings. They’re comfortable and adaptable, which is especially practical after Christmas. They don’t dig into newly acquired little rolls, and you don’t have to unbutton anything when you end up having a tiramisu at the restaurant after all.

The old, worn-out cotton leggings have long had their day, and personally I’ve developed a soft spot for the more stylish leggings from trendy fitness brands.

Did the designers of these chic fitness clothes imagine this kind of situation? Mrs. Besler, 50 years old, unable to move, stuffed with cheesecake – and perfectly happy that her leggings won’t burst because they’re so wonderfully stretchy? Probably not, since these outfits are usually photographed in gyms with almost unreal, perfectly trained people who would at most secretly admire my cheesecake, because no gluten, no sugar, no grains … (and meanwhile, I kind of belong to that group too 🙈😂).

Just to reassure the brands: sometimes I actually wear the leggings for workouts.

My current favorite brand for this kind of practical clothing is STRONGER Label. I love the patterns, the colors, and the quality. I wear my Stronger leggings quite often in everyday life and combine them with long shirts. I’ve already written a bit more about it here on the blog.

PS: I’m usually a size M (according to the size chart as well), but I prefer my Stronger leggings in L, especially because the ones with the wider waistbands feel a bit more comfortable (more forgiving, so to speak 😂).

Das passiert, wenn deine Freundin eine nachträgliche Geburtstagsüberraschung hat und dich verdammt gut kennt: Sie schleppt dich zu ihrem Lieblingsstrand, verwöhnt dich mit leckerem Wein und Essen und schenkt dir einen ganzen Tag mit ihr.

Nein, ich muss das revidieren: Wir waren ja gar nicht an einem Strand, wir waren im Interior-Himmel, wo es ganz zufällig auch leckeres Essen mit allem Drum und Dran gibt. Sogar Espresso Martini. Außerdem habe ich gelernt, dass sich der Interior-Himmel nicht auf Wolke 7 befindet, sondern an einem herrlichen Sandstrand liegt.
In diesem Fall heißt der Deko-Heaven La Plage Bonaventure und ihr findet ihn am Strand von Palavas-les-Flots in Südfrankreich. Glaubt mir, die meisten Gäste schleichen erst einmal staunend und schockverliebt mit dem Handy durch den Beachclub und machen Fotos.

This is what happens when your friend has a belated birthday surprise for you and knows you terribly well: she drags you to her favorite beach, spoils you with delicious wine and food and gives you an entire day with her.

No, I have to correct that: we were not really at a beach. We were in interior heaven, where there just happens to be delicious food with all the trimmings. Even Espresso Martini. I also learned that interior heaven is not located on cloud seven, but on a beautiful sandy beach.
In this case, this decor heaven is called La Plage Bonaventure, and you can find it on the beach of Palavas-les-Flots in the South of France. Believe me, most guests first wander through the beach club in awe and completely smitten, taking photos with their phones.
