EARLY MORNING IN PROVENCE & BLAU-WEISSES KISSEN

Hallo, ich bin ein blau-weißes Kissen von Dekoria. Eigentlich sollte ich ein Flur-Kissen werden. Wirklich. So war wohl der Plan. Ich sollte brav irgendwo im Flur liegen, hübsch aussehen und mich möglichst still verhalten.
Dann durfte ich durch Zufall mit in die Provence zu Fontaine de Cérier. Und was soll ich sagen? Ich habe es sofort geliebt. Ich habe mich am Pool breitgemacht, von meiner besten Seite gezeigt und mich perfekt ins Interieur eingefügt. Ehrlich. Ich habe meinen Platz gefunden — hier gehe ich nicht mehr weg. Die Grillen zirpen, die Zikaden singen, die Lavendelbüsche duften. Es ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Ich bin quasi für hier gemacht. Das ist meine Bestimmung: Gemütlichkeit am Pool verbreiten.

Am liebsten lümmele ich bei Fontaine de Cérier am frühen Morgen am Pool herum. Genau da, wo ihr mich auf den Fotos seht. Early Morning in der Sonne, zwischen Lavendelduft, Zikadengesang und dieser ziemlich unverschämten Postkartenidylle. Dann mache ich es den Mädels gemütlich, wenn sie morgens Kaffee trinken. Es gibt echt schlechtere Arbeitsplätze für ein Kissen.

Manchmal ist es allerdings ein wenig anstrengend. Dann kommen diese Mädels, schütteln mich auf, wedeln mit mir herum, legen mich von einem Stuhl auf die Liege, von der Liege auf die Bank, dann wieder in den Schatten und dann doch zurück in die Sonne. „Nein, so ist es besser.“ „Warte, dreh es noch mal.“ „Ohhh, das sieht schön aus.“ Kennt ihr das? Ein Kissen, ein Pool, 425.000 Fotos. Und das am frühen Morgen 🙈. Aber das ist halt mein Job, und ich nehme meinen Job echt ernst. Allerdings mache ich das auch ziemlich gut. Egal, wohin die Mädels mich legen, ich sehe immer Hammer aus 🫶🏻.

Zwischendurch werde ich auch mal in eine dunkle Kiste gesteckt. Das gefällt mir gar nicht. Ich bin eher so die Rampensau. Ich will mich zeigen. Ich rocke alles: Leg mich auf ein Sofa, leg mich auf einen Stuhl, schmeiß mich in eine Ecke, egal — zack, ist es schön. Ich wuppe das Ding🤘🏼. Also wer will schon in einer dunklen Kiste liegen, wenn er auch zur schönsten Tageszeit am Pool von Fontaine de Cérier herumlümmeln kann?

Ihr könnt das übrigens auch. Fontaine de Cérier ist nämlich ein wunderschönes Bed & Breakfast in der Provence bei Castillon-du-Gard. Da könnt ihr mich besuchen, mit mir morgens am Pool chillen, Lavendelduft genießen und diese ganz besondere Morgenstimmung zelebrieren.

PS: Sorry Leute, ich bin nun in Rente. Das heißt, mich könnt ihr nicht mehr kaufen. Aber ich habe ein paar Verwandte bei Dekoria. Ziemlich gut aussehende. Liegt in der Familie. Die rocken auch so ziemlich jedes Zimmer 🤘🏼.
Und wer noch mehr blau-weiße Dekoria-Kissen mag: In diesem Beitrag bin ich zwar noch nicht dabei — das sieht man natürlich sofort — aber meine Kissen-Verwandtschaft schon.

Hello, I am a blue and white cushion from Dekoria. Actually, I was supposed to become a hallway cushion. Really. That was apparently the plan. I was supposed to lie quietly somewhere in the hallway, look pretty and behave myself.
Then, by chance, I was allowed to come along to Provence, to Fontaine de Cérier. And what can I say? I loved it immediately. I made myself comfortable by the pool, showed my best side and fitted perfectly into the interior. Honestly. I found my place — I am not leaving. The crickets chirp, the cicadas sing, the lavender bushes smell heavenly. It is simply indescribably beautiful. I am basically made for this. This is my destiny: spreading coziness by the pool.

My favorite thing is lounging around by the pool at Fontaine de Cérier early in the morning. Exactly where you see me in the photos. Early morning in the sun, between lavender scent, cicada song and this slightly outrageous postcard idyll. Then I make things cozy for the girls while they drink their morning coffee. There are definitely worse workplaces for a cushion.

Sometimes, however, it is a little exhausting. Then these girls show up, fluff me up, wave me around, move me from a chair to the lounger, from the lounger to the bench, then back into the shade and then back into the sun again. “No, this is better “Wait, turn it again.” “Ohhh, that looks beautiful.” Do you know what I mean? One cushion, one pool, 425,000 photos. And all of that early in the morning 🙈. But that is my job, and I take my job very seriously. I have to admit, I am also pretty good at it. No matter where the girls put me, I always look amazing 🫶🏻.

Every now and then, I am also put into a dark box. I do not like that at all. I am more of a spotlight kind of cushion. I want to be seen. I rock everything: put me on a sofa, put me on a chair, throw me into a corner, whatever — boom, it looks beautiful. I can handle it. So who wants to lie in a dark box when they could lounge around by the pool at Fontaine de Cérier at the most beautiful time of day?

PS: Sorry people, I am retired now. That means you can no longer buy me. But I do have a few relatives at Dekoria. Pretty good-looking ones. It runs in the family. They also rock pretty much every room 🤘🏼.
