Die Sommerzeit hier am Meer ist für mich die schönste Zeit des Jahres.
Am liebsten gehe ich schon morgens gegen sieben Uhr schwimmen, wenn das Wasser noch ganz klar ist und man jeden Stein auf dem Meeresgrund erkennen kann. Fast jeden Tag nehme ich mir einen Kaffee mit zum menschenleeren Strand und genieße den Morgen.
Genauso wie den frühen Morgen liebe ich die Zeit des Tages, wenn es etwas kühler wird und mein Besuch müde von der Hitze, aber auch braun gebrannt vom Strand zurückkehrt. Das ist nämlich die perfekte Zeit, um einen eiskalten Aperitif und die Erlebnisse des Tages zu teilen. Meine sind dann zwar meistens eher langweilig 😂, aber meine Gäste sind brave Zuhörer und haben meist spannendere Dinge zu erzählen.
Sandra von Fontaine de Cérier hatte den heißesten Aperitif-Tipp aus Paris parat: einen St-Germain Spritz. Dieser Spritz wird mit dem französischen Holunderblüten-Likör St-Germain (Affiliate Link) gemacht. Mein aktueller Favorite.

I prefer to go swimming at around seven in the morning, when the water is still completely clear and you can see every stone on the seabed. Almost every day I take a coffee with me to the deserted beach and enjoy the morning.
Just like the early morning, I love the time of day when it gets a little cooler and my guests return from the beach, tired from the heat but also beautifully tanned. This is the perfect moment to share an ice-cold aperitif and the stories of the day. Mine are usually rather boring 😂, but my guests are good listeners and mostly have more exciting things to tell.
