DEKORIA & DIE EINFACHSTE TISCHDEKORATION

Um seine Gäste zum Staunen zu bringen braucht man generell nicht viel. Es sind nicht die luxuriösesten Kerzenständer und teuersten Blumengestecke nötig, um eine besondere Atmosphäre für ein Lunch oder Dinner zu kreieren.
Es gibt da so eine Fernsehsendung, in der es eigentlich ums Kochen geht, aber ein bisschen auch immer um die Tisch-Dekoration, ich schwöre euch, da würde ich gerne mal dazwischen hauen und aufräumen. Nein, nein, nein: Der ganze Killefitt muss nicht sein!

Das Geheimnis eines stilvollen Tisches beginnt mit einer guten Tischdecke und die kann ein Leben lang halten. Ich als Dekorateurin würde auch empfehlen, noch in passende Stoffservietten zu investieren. Damit ist auch schon die Grundlage geschaffen, um aus einem normalen Esstisch einen Tisch zu zaubern, an dem ihr mit euren Gästen einen unvergesslichen Abend verbringt.

Nehmen wir als Beispiel den folgenden Tisch! Könnt ihr euch vorstellen, was für ein Lunch hier stattgefunden hat? Die lachenden Gäste, glücklich mit einem einfachen Salat und frischem Brot? Dazu ein guter Wein und als Dessert die ersten süßen Erdbeeren des Sommers? Ja so war das wirklich. Und ist der Tisch nicht ein Traum? Ich wette, der Eine oder Andere hätte ihn fotografiert.

Das wichtigste Accessoire für diesen natürlichen Look ist die Leinen-Tischdecke. Diese stammt von „Dekoria“ und man kann sie sogar in der passenden Größe anfertigen lassen. Und wie ich es vorher schon empfohlen habe, wurde der Tisch mit den passenden Leinen–Servietten eingedeckt. Ein eingedeckter Tisch schafft immer eine besondere Atmosphäre! In Ländern, in denen Essen eine große Rolle spielt, sind die Tische selbst in Restaurants immer eingedeckt. Wie ich das liebe.

Für diesen natürlichen Tisch haben wir die Servietten noch mit ein paar Gräsern aus der Umgebung geschmückt, aber Kräuter sehen auch immer schön aus. Und wenn es draußen windig ist, kann man das Besteck ruhig auch mal auf der Serviette anordnen.
In die Mitte des Tisches haben wir eine Weinranke gelegt, in Deutschland habe ich gerne zu Efeu aus dem Garten gegriffen. Dazu haben wir Tomaten auf dem Tisch verteilt, aber man kann zu jeglichem Gemüse greifen, dass farblich harmoniert und keine Fliegen anzieht.
Noch Essig, Öl und Wein auf den Tisch und fertig ist die mediterrane Tisch-Dekoration. Wer Essig und Öl in hübschen Flaschen aufbewahrt, hat es in diesem Fall noch einfacher. Das schöne, schwarze Geschirr auf unserem Tisch stammt übrigens auch aus dem „Dekoria“ Onlineshop.
Und was meint ihr, ist der Tisch nicht auch ohne viel Tamtam ein Traum?

PS: Für so eine „Draußen-Deko“ solltet ihr wegen der Brandgefahr zurzeit unbedingt auf Kerzen und offenes Feuer verzichten.

There is a TV show that is actually about cooking, but also a little bit about table decoration, I swear I would love to tidy up in between. No, no, no, you don’t need all that Killefitt.

The secret of a stylish table starts with a good tablecloth and it can last a lifetime. As a decorator, I would also recommend investing in matching fabric napkins. This is already the basics to turn a normal dining table into a table where you can spend an unforgettable evening with your guests.

Take the following table as an example! Can you imagine what kind of lunch was served here? The laughing guests, happy with a simple salad and fresh bread? With a good wine and for dessert the first sweet strawberries of the summer? Yes, it was like that. And isn’t the table a dream? I bet one or two people would have photographed it.

The most important accessory for this natural look is the linen tablecloth. This one is from „Dekoria“ and you can even have it made in the right size. And as I recommended before, the table was set with the matching linen napkins. A set table always creates a special atmosphere! In countries where food plays a big role, the tables are always set, even in restaurants. How I love it.

For this natural table we decorated the napkins with some grasses from the surrounding area, but herbs always look nice too. And if it is windy outside, you can also arrange the cutlery on the napkin.
In the middle of the table we put a vine tendril, in Germany I liked to use ivy from the garden. We put tomatoes on the table, but you can use any vegetable that harmonizes in colour and doesn’t attract flies.
Still vinegar, oil and wine on the table and ready is the Mediterranean table decoration. Those who keep vinegar and oil in nice bottles will have it even easier in this case. By the way, the beautiful, black tableware on our table is also from the „Dekoria“ online shop.
And what do you think, isn’t the table a dream even without a lot of ballyhoo?

PS: For such an „outside decoration“ you should avoid candles and open fire at the moment because of the danger of fire.
