MIMOSEN

Derzeit blühen hier die Mimosen. Ganze Hänge und Straßen sind gelb und duften.
Mir ist das bisher übrigens noch nie aufgefallen, wie stark der Duft ist, wenn man zur Blütezeit durch so eine von Mimosen gesäumte Straße läuft. Das ist wirklich unglaublich.
In meinem Lieblings-Blumenladen konnte ich dann auch nicht widerstehen und hab mir ein Sträußchen mitgenommen. Nun duftet es hier auch…

Currently, the mimosas are blooming here. Whole hillsides and streets are yellow and fragrant.
By the way, I’ve never noticed before how strong the scent is when you walk through such a mimosa-lined street at flowering time. It’s really incredible.
In my favorite flower store I could not resist and took a bunch. Now it smells here too…
