Wenn man sich mal intensiv mit seiner Apple Watch befasst, wird einem klar, dass es nicht mehr lange dauern wird, bis man mit ihr zum Mars fliegen kann. Soooo viele Funktionen.

Im Internet werden ebenso viele Apple Watch Armbänder angeboten, wie die Uhr Funktionen hat, allerdings sind die meisten eher modern. Für die Winter-Tonja kein Thema, aber die Sommer-Tonja findet das nicht so toll. Ich hätte schon gerne ein Apple Watch Armband, das zu meinen Kleidern passt und sich mit meinen bunten Sommerarmbändern kombinieren lässt. Doch die meisten bunten Hippie- oder Boho-Armbänder, die für die Apple Watches angeboten werden, gefallen mir nicht, sehen billig oder nicht sonderlich vertrauenswürdig aus.

Vor kurzem habe ich endlich ein süßes Boho Apple Watch Armband (Affiliate Link) gefunden, das zu mir passt. Ich habe es jetzt schon mehrfach getragen, und: Es hält die Uhr wirklich gut, lockert sich nicht und passt natürlich ganz ausgezeichnet zu meinem Schmuck. Ich liebs und kann es wirklich empfehlen.

PS: Obwohl es aus Großbritannien geliefert wurde, musste ich für ein Armband keinen Zoll bezahlen. Nur dass ihr das bedenkt, falls ihr mehrere bestellen wollt, es könnten Zollgebühren anfallen.

If you take a close look at your Apple Watch, you realize that it won’t be long before you can fly to Mars with it. Soooo many functions.

There are as many wristbands on the Internet as the watch has functions, but most of them are rather modern. Not an issue for the winter Tonja, but the summer Tonja doesn’t think it’s so great. I would like to have an Apple Watch strap that matches my clothes and can be combined with my colorful summer bracelets. But most of the colorful hippie or boho bracelets that are offered for the Apple Watches don’t appeal to me, look cheap or not particularly trustworthy.

Recently, I finally found a cute Boho Apple bracelet (affiliate link) that suits me. I’ve worn it several times now, and: It holds the watch really well, doesn’t loosen and of course matches my jewelry perfectly. I love it and can really recommend it.

Ich bin wirklich lange um dieses Häkel-Kleid (Affiliate Link) herumgeschlichen. Nicht weil ich mir nicht sicher war, ob es in natura so schön ist wie auf den Fotos, sondern weil ich mir nicht sicher war, ob man so ein Kleid mit 50 noch tragen sollte. Als im Etsy Shop nur noch drei verfügbare Kleider angezeigt wurden, habe ich es gewagt und dieses traumhaft schöne Häkelkleid bestellt. Ich bin übrigens zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass ich es auch mit 50 noch sehr wohl am Strand tragen kann. Das Kleid ist super weich und trägt sich unglaublich angenehm.

Allerdings muss ich zugeben, dass ich am Rücken je einen kleinen Abnäher eingearbeitet habe. Das habe ich von Hand gemacht und es hat genau zehn Minuten gedauert. Und „ich“ heißt in diesem Fall auch eigentlich meine Mutter und ich, aber ich kann mir nicht am Rücken rum nähen, wenn ich das Kleid anhabe. Meine Mutter ist in Sachen Nähen sowieso immer mein Partner in Crime. Sie hat mir das Nähen überhaupt erst beigebracht. Wir haben früher quasi alles selbst genäht, weil es im Osten ja keine schönen Sachen zu kaufen gab. Ich erinnere mich an wirklich süße Sachen, die wir genäht haben und auch an echt grauenvolle Missgeschicke. OMG. Da gab es dieses Kleid zu meiner Jugendweihe 🙈. Ich falle heute noch vor Lachen vom Stuhl, wenn ich Fotos von diesem gruseligen Kleid sehe. Sorry, Mom, Du hast Dich damals durchgesetzt, aber dieses Kleid … 🤣🙈🤷‍♀️
Aber zurück zu dem Häkelkleid. Es ist einfach wunderschön und ich liebe es.

I really lurked around this crochet dress (affiliate link) for a long time. Not because I wasn’t sure if it was as beautiful in person as in the photos, but because I wasn’t sure if you should still wear such a dress at 50. When the Etsy store showed only three available dresses, I took a chance and ordered this gorgeous crochet dress. By the way, I came to the conclusion that I can still very well wear it on the beach at 50. The dress is super soft and wears incredibly comfortable.

However, I have to admit that I put a little dart in the back of each. I did that by hand and it took me exactly ten minutes. And „I“ in this case also actually means my mom and I, but I can’t sew on my back when I have the dress on. My mom is always my partner in crime when it comes to sewing anyway. She taught me how to sew in the first place. We used to sew almost everything ourselves, because there were no nice things to buy in the East. I remember really cute things we sewed and also really horrible mishaps. OMG. There was this dress for my youth dedication 🙈. I still fall out of my chair laughing when I see photos of that creepy dress. Sorry, Mom, you got your way back then, but that dress …. 🤣🙈🤷‍♀️
But back to the crochet dress. It’s just beautiful and I love it.

Diese wunderschönen Kleider gehörten in diesem Sommer aktuell zu meinen Lieblingskleidern. Sie sind so luftig, das Material ist anschmiegsam und kuschelweich. Außerdem gibt es sie in den schönsten Farben 🤩.
Und wer sich nun denkt: Braucht man vier Kleider davon? Natürlich nicht. Sie gehören mir auch nicht alle. Eine Freundin hat sich infiziert und so bekam ich die Gelegenheit, euch gleich noch ein paar mehr Farben zu zeigen.

These beautiful dresses were currently one of my favorites this summer. They are so airy, the material is cuddly and soft. In addition, they come in the most beautiful colors🤩.

Ich habe noch ein weiteres Shahe Lele Kleid für euch in der Wüste auf Herz und Nieren getestet. Ich denke, was in der Wüste besteht, sollte für Beach-Days bestens geeignet sein.

Man kommt in diesem Kleid ganz wunderbar über Stock und Stein, kann vor streunenden Hunden flüchten, versuchen Ziegen zu streicheln und bekommt vom Dattel-Händler ein paar Datteln extra geschenkt, nach dem man ordentlich übers Ohr gehauen wurde. Sorry, einen Kamelritt habe ich nicht getestet, das müsstet ihr mal selbst ausprobieren.

Aber was ich weiterhin getestet habe: Man gibt ein ganz anständiges Bild beim Aperitif am Pool ab und fügt sich hervorragend in jedes Boho beziehungsweise Hippie-Set ein. Strohhut, Basttäschchen, Körbchen – passt alles! Also was könnte Frau sich mehr für den Sommer wünschen 🤷‍♀️.

Für alle, die interessiert sind: Dieses Model aus der Shahe Lele Kollektion 2022 heißt Marion und, ach oh Wunder, es gehört zu meinen Lieblingskleidern.

I put another Shahe Lele dress through its paces for you in the desert. I think what passes in the desert should be perfectly suitable for beach days.

One comes in this dress quite wonderfully over stick and stone, can flee from stray dogs, can try to stroke goats and gets from the date dealer a few dates extra given, after one was properly ripped off. Sorry, I didn’t test a camel ride, you’ll have to try that out for yourself.

And what I have tested further: One makes quite a decent picture with aperitif by the pool and fits perfectly into any boho or hippie set. Straw hat, raffia bag, basket – it all fits! So what more could a woman want for summer 🤷‍♀️.

For those who are interested: This model from the Shahe Lele 2022 collection is named Marion and oh wonder, it’s one of my favorite dresses.

Gehört ihr zu den Urlaubslangschläfern? Ich lasse mir im Urlaub selten einen schönen Sonnenaufgang entgehen. Sofern es möglich ist, krabbel ich im Urlaub am frühen Morgen mit einem Kaffee in der Hand auf Hoteldächern, an Rooftop-Pools, an Stränden oder auch auf Hügeln herum. Also versteht es sich von selbst, dass ich dies auch in der Wüste getan habe!

An einen Kaffee bin ich so früh in dem Camp in der Agafay Wüste zwar nicht gekommen, aber einen wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang samt einem Ballon am Himmel gab es in jedem Fall zu bewundern.
Meistens ist man zum Sonnenaufgang übrigens auch ganz allein und kann die Ruhe an den schönsten Plätzen der Welt genießen, es sei denn diese Orte sind ein Instagram-Sonnenaufgangs-Hotspot. Dann bleibe ich im Bett oder entscheide mich für den zweitbesten Sunrise-Spot 🙈😂.
Aber meistens ist diese Zeit des Tages die perfekte beziehungsweise einzige Zeit des Tages, um an Fotos von menschenleeren Hotspots zu kommen.

Für diesen Morgen hatte ich mich übrigens mit dem Kleid Graziella aus der aktuellen Shahe Lele Kollektion in Schale geworfen … Ist klar, dass auch dieses Kleid zu meinen Lieblingskleidern zählt oder?

Are you one of those vacation long sleepers? I never miss a beautiful sunrise when I’m on vacation. If its possible, I crawl around on hotel rooftops, rooftop pools, beaches, or even hills in the early morning on vacation with a coffee in hand. So it goes without saying that I did this in the desert too!

I didn’t get a coffee so early in the camp in the Agafay desert, but there was a beautiful sunrise including a balloon in the sky to admire in any case.
Most of the time, by the way, you are also completely alone at sunrise and can enjoy the peace and quiet on the most beautiful places in the world, unless these places are an Instagram sunrise hotspot. Then I stay in bed or opt for the second best sunrise spot 🙈😂.
But most of the time, this time of the day is the perfect or rather the only time of the day to get photos of deserted hotspots.

By the way, for this morning I had dressed up with the dress Graziella from the current Shahe Lele collection … It’s clear that this dress is also one of my favorites or?

Ok, Spaß beiseite, das Shahe Lele Kleid Claudia hat tatsächlich eine kleine Schwester, das Model Ornela. Das Kleid Ornela hat die gleiche Stoffkombination wie das Kleid Claudia, dass ich euch in diesem Post vorgestellt habe, allerdings mit einem anderen Schnitt.
Ich muss sicher nicht extra betonen, das auch dieses Kleid eines meiner Lieblingskleider ist.

Traum-Pool meets Traum-Kleid könnte man auch sagen. Dies ist ein weiteres meiner Lieblingskleider der diesjährigen Shahè Lèlè Kollektion und trägt den Namen Claudia.
Es hat diese entzückenden Flatterärmelchen, die ich so liebe, und obwohl es unglaublich bequem ist, ist es gleichzeitig auch elegant. Das perfekte Kleid also, um sich am coolsten Pool der Wüste rumzutreiben.

Der Pool gehört übrigens zu dem Wüsten-Camp White Camel Lodge in der Agafay Wüste und ich habe bereits ausführlich in diesem und diesem Post darüber berichtet.

Dream pool meets dream dress you could also say. This is another one of my favorite dresses from this year’s Shahè Lèlè collection and it’s called Claudia.
It has those adorable flutter sleeves that I love so much, and although it’s incredibly comfortable, it’s also elegant at the same time. So it’s the perfect dress for hanging out at the coolest pool in the desert.

The pool, by the way, belongs to desert camp White Camel Lodge in the Agafay Desert and I’ve already written about it in detail in this post and in this one.

Heutzutage tragen die meisten Menschen keine schnöde Uhr mehr am Arm, sondern ein Ding, das die Zeit anzeigt, bei seinem Markennamen genannt wird und einen gewissen Status symbolisiert. Oder man hat sich dazu entschieden, ein Ding am Arm zu tragen, das haufenweise Daten in die Welt raushaut, mit dem man gefühlt mindestens bis zum Mond fliegen kann und das womöglich in Kürze auch als Defibrillator fungieren wird, wenn das Uhren-Daten-Sende-Dings am Arm glaubt, unser Herz bringts nicht mehr. In meinem Fall, wenn ich zu Fuß bis in den elften Stock eines Hochhauses gelaufen bin, weil der Fahrstuhl nicht funktioniert hat. Also bin ich bei diesen Dingern etwas vorsichtig.

Trotz allem finde ich es gut, öfter mal eine Uhr zu tragen, um nicht ständig auf mein Telefon zu schauen, nur um zu wissen, wie spät es ist, denn dann ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes alles zu spät. Ich lese in dem Fall nämlich noch schnell 200 Mails und muss danach natürlich die Welt retten …

Daher bin ich für Kooperationen mit Uhrenherstellern durchaus empfänglich. Und wenn die Uhren dann noch Nachhaltigkeit versprechen und in Deutschland gefertigt werden, ist mein Interesse vollends geweckt.
Und so kam ich zu einer wunderschönen Uhr aus Holz von Holzhütte. Die Holzuhr, die ich mir ausgesucht habe, heißt Pearland und ist in natura noch viel schöner, als ich sie mir vorgestellt habe. Eigentlich verdient diese Holzhütte Holzuhr den Namen Boho-Uhr, denn sie lässt sich so toll mit meinen ganzen Armbändern, Täschchen und Kleidern kombinieren. Um euch das mal zu demonstrieren, bin ich extra zum Strand losgezogen und habe mal wieder eine Freundin genötigt, sich am Strand zum Kasper zu machen und sich von mir herumscheuchen zu lassen. Sie meinte, wenn sie die Uhr dafür behalten dürfe, würde das in Ordnung gehen. Im Klartext: Sie fand die Holzuhr auch echt klasse. Wir haben einfach mal ein paar Schnappschüsse in verschiedenen Kombinationen gemacht. Mit Kleidchen und mit Armbändern, so wie ich’s mag.
Wie man auf den Bildern sieht, passt die Uhr zu meinen Strandkleidern genauso gut wie zu meinem neusten Herbst-Kleid und ich kann mir vorstellen, wie gut die Uhr sich im winterlichen Style macht. Ich muss mich gar nicht anstrengen, um mir vorzustellen, wie perfekt sich eine Holzhütte Holzuhr vor einem knisternden Kaminfeuer mit Wollsocken, Strickpulli, Kakao und Buch macht.

Zu meiner Holzuhr selbst: Wie schon gesagt, ist sie von der Firma Holzhütte und das Model mit dem hübschen rosa Zifferblatt heißt Pearland. Die Uhr bekam ich in einer schönen Holzbox geliefert, in der das Firmenlogo Holzhütte eingraviert ist. Die Uhr lag in der Box auf einem Kissen. Sowohl Gehäuse und Armband der Uhr sind zum größten Teil aus Holz gefertigt. Laut Beschreibung wurden verschiede Hölzer verarbeitet, wie unter anderem Zebranoholz, das möglicherweise für die schöne Maserung verantwortlich ist. Das Armband der Uhr war mir um einiges zu lang, aber in der Box wurde ein Werkzeug mitgeliefert, um das Armband zu Kürzen. Erst war ich etwas skeptisch, ob ich das hinbekomme, aber es war mit dem Werkzeug wirklich ganz easy. Mit dem Werkzeug presst man die Stifte heraus, die man allerdings auch ganz einfach wieder einsetzen kann.
Was mir besonders gut gefällt und auch meine Freundin am Strand beeindruckt hat, ist das Gewicht der Holzuhr. Sie ist unglaublich leicht und obwohl sie so leicht ist, macht sie trotzdem einen wirklich hochwertigen Eindruck. Die Maserung des Holzes ist wunderschön und auch das Roségold farbene Zifferblatt sieht toll aus. Außerdem finde ich das leise Ticken der Holzuhr total süß, fast entspannend und irgendwie erinnert es mich an Kindheit.
Dass mir der Nachhaltigkeits-Gedanke, die Verwendung nachwachsender Rohstoffe und die Herstellung in Deutschland gefällt, muss ich sicher nicht noch mal betonen.

And that’s how I got a beautiful wooden watch from Holzhütte. The wooden watch I chose is called Pearland, and it’s even more beautiful in person than I imagined. Actually, this Holzhütte wooden watch deserves the name boho watch, because it can be combined so great with all my bracelets, bags and dresses. To demonstrate this to you, I went to the beach and once again forced a friend to make a fool of herself on the beach and let me chase her around. She said that if she could keep the watch for it, that would be fine. In plain language: She thought the wooden watch was really great, too. We just took a few snapshots in different combinations. With dresses and with bracelets, just the way I like it.
As you can see from the pictures, the watch goes just as well with my beach dresses as it does with my latest fall dress and I can imagine how well the watch will do in winter style. I don’t even have to try hard to imagine how perfect a Holzhütte Holzuhr would be in front of a crackling fireplace with wool socks, knit sweater, cocoa and a book.

About my wooden clock itself: As I said, it’s from the Holzhütte company and the model with the pretty pink dial is called Pearland. I received the watch in a pretty wooden box with the Holzhütte company logo engraved on it. The watch lay in the box on a pillow. Both the case and the bracelet of the watch are mostly made of wood. According to the description, various woods have been processed, such as zebrawood, which is possibly responsible for the beautiful grain. The bracelet of the watch was quite a bit too long for me, but the box came with a tool to shorten the bracelet. First I was a little skeptical whether I get it done, but it was really easy with the tool. With the tool, you press out the pins, but you can also easily reinsert.
What I particularly like and also impressed my friend on the beach, is the weight of the wooden clock. It’s incredibly light and even though it’s so light, it still makes a really high-quality impression. The grain of the wood is beautiful and the rose gold colored dial looks great as well. In addition, I find the quiet ticking of the wooden clock totally sweet, almost relaxing and somehow it reminds me of childhood.
That I like the sustainability idea, the use of renewable raw materials and the production in Germany, I certainly do not need to emphasize again.

Nachdem in meinem letzten Wohnzimmer-Update-Post ein weißer „Stofffetzen“ mit Boho-Borte auf dem Sofa rumgelümmelt hat, kam mehrfach die Frage auf, was das denn für ein Kleidchen wäre. Ich gestehe, dass es kein Kleidchen ist, sondern mein neuer Boho-Kimono. Das ist jetzt nicht unbedingt so ein hipper Street-Style-Kimono wie diese coolen bunten Dinger, sondern eher so einer, in den man sich für seinen ersten Kaffee am Morgen wirft.

In dem Teilchen steht leider kein Label, somit kann ich euch auch nicht verraten, wo ihr so einen But-First-Coffee-Kimono kaufen könnt, aber ich glaube, so ein Teilchen kann man echt gut selber nähen.

Ich werde es die Tage mal ausprobieren und mir von meinem Kimono den Schnitt abkupfern. Ihr findet einen Kimono-Schnitt, der euch gefällt, ganz sicher im Netz oder bei einschlägigen Schnittmuster-Dealern. Sonst benötigt man für den perfekten Morgen-Kimono eigentlich nur noch eine Boho-Borte und die findet man in jedem Fall bei Vostex. Ich habe über Vostex schon mal in diesem Post geschwärmt …

After a white „scrap of fabric“ with boho bow was lying on the sofa in my last living room update post, the question came up several times what kind of dress this could be. I have to confess that it’s not a dress, but my new boho kimono. And not necessarily as a hip street style kimono like those cool colorful pieces, but rather as one you throw yourself into for your first coffee in the morning.

Unfortunately there is no label on this piece, so I can’t tell you where you can buy such a but-the-first-coffee-kimono, but I think you can sew such a piece yourself quite well.

I’ll give it a try the days and copy the cut from my kimono. You can find a kimono cut that you like on the net or at relevant pattern shops. Otherwise, all you really need for the perfect morning kimono is a boho ribbon, and you can definitely get that from Vostex. I’ve already raved about Vostex in this post …
